Fiery Red Salsa
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) whole tomatoes, drained
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1 medium onion, cut into 8 pieces
- 2 to 4 jalapeno peppers, quartered
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
- Place all ingredients except tortilla chips into Oster® Blender jar.
- Cover jar with lid.
- Pulse 2 times until fruit and vegetables are chopped.
- Pour into bowl.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
