Salsa Verde


Ingredients

- 1/2 small onion, cut into 4 pieces
- 1/2 small green pepper, cut into 4 pieces
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon green hot pepper sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 12 oz. tomatillos, roasted, husks removed
- Tortilla chips for serving


Directions

- Place all ingredients, except tortilla chips, in Oster® In2itive® blender jar in the order given above.
- Cover jar with lid. Press POWER button. From the MAIN MENU, select FOOD, then SALSA, and then press the START/STOP button.
- Pour into bowl, serve with tortilla chips.
