Mixed Greens with Toasted Garlic Vinaigrette


Ingredients

- 1 bulb fresh garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 bunch, fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper, to taste


Directions

- Sauté garlic and butter in a saucepan until toasty brown on lowest heat.
- Whisk all ingredients together and serve over baby greens, other vegetables, or pasta
