Avocado "Butter"
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped avocado, peeled and seeded
- 1 tablespoon fresh limejuice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch cumin
- salt and pepper
Directions
- In an Oster® Food Processor, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth. Serve with Arepas and Shredded Chicken.
