Tomato-Balsamic Chicken and Vegetables 
This Italian-cuisine inspired chicken dish is a fresh alternative to pasta night. With a light balsamic sauce, fresh basil and ripe tomatoes bursting with flavor, you'll feel like you're in Tuscany as you enjoy this meal. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar 
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice 
  • 2 cloves minced garlic 
  • 3 tablespoons finely shredded fresh basil 
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper 
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 
  • 3 large tomatoes, cut into large chunks 
  • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced 
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, sliced 
  • 3/4 cup diced mozzarella cheese 

Directions
Turn on the Oster® DuraCeramic™ Infusion Series 12" x 16" Electric Skillet to medium-high heat. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet, then cover with the vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, basil and seasonings. Cook until chicken is nearly done, then add the chopped tomatoes and peppers to the skillet. Continue cooking until chicken is done and vegetables are tender. Add mozzarella to skillet to warm in mixture just before serving.

Rosemary Steak and Winter Veggies
Look no further for a comfort food meal that will warm you up on a chilly winter night. This easy skillet dinner is loaded with delicious winter veggies and finished with a fragrant touch of rosemary to season. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound flank steak, cut into thin strips 
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic 
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt 
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper 
  • 1 cup pearl onions 
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed 
  • 1 cup mushrooms 
  • 2 cups cubed winter squash 
  • 4-5 large sprigs of fresh rosemary 

Directions
Turn on the Oster® DuraCeramic™ Infusion Series 12" x 16" Electric Skillet to medium-high heat. Place the steak strips in the skillet, then add garlic and season with salt and pepper. Begin cooking steak for 4-5 minutes, then add vegetables. Continue cooking until steak is just slightly pink and vegetables are tender, then add rosemary and continue cooking until ready to serve. 

Lemon-Herb Lentils and Zucchini 
This flavorful meat-free dinner is so tasty it will be a hit with vegetarians and carnivores alike. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups lentils
  • 4 cups water 
  • 2 cups vegetable broth 
  • 3 large zucchinis, peeled 
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped asparagus 
  • 2 large red bell peppers 
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic 
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper 
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice 
  • 2 teaspoons minced parsley 
  • 1 teaspoon minced thyme
  • 1 teaspoon minced tarragon 
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 

Directions
Turn on the Oster® DuraCeramic™ Infusion Series 12" x 16" Electric Skillet to medium-high heat. Add the lentil, water and broth to the skillet and bring to a boil. While lentils are cooking, use the Oster® Electric Spiralizer to spiralize the zucchinis. Once lentils have absorbed all water, add the zucchini spirals, asparagus and pepper to the skillet. Continue cooking for 5-7 minutes, then add the seasonings. Cook until vegetables are tender, then serve.
