When you have a busy schedule, it can be tempting to opt for less-than-healthy dinner options, but just because you've got a full calendar doesn't mean that your diet has to suffer. You can still enjoy balanced, better-for-you dishes even with a never-ending to-do list - the key is making healthy ingredient swaps and choosing grilled dishes that can be made in no time at all with the Oster® DuraCeramic™ Infusion Series 7-Minute Grill with Removable Plates. Not only is there oil infused in the all natural, non-stick ceramic coating, you can conveniently drain grease and fat with a flick of the wrist while cooking. Plus, removable plates make clean up fast and easy.

Try these easy grilled dishes that can be made in 7 minutes or less:

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken and Seasoned Zucchini
A slightly tangy, slightly sweet honey mustard glaze turns basic grilled chicken into a healthy dish that's big on flavor. Pair with a side of grilled, seasoned zucchini to round out the meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, minced
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 large zucchini, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon minced dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon minced dried dill

Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic and rosemary. Brush the mixture onto each chicken breast, then cook the chicken on the Oster® DuraCeramic™ Infusion Series 7-Minute Grill until cooked through, about 7 minutes, flipping to vertical position to drain grease and fat. Set aside chicken, then season zucchini slices with thyme and dill. Quickly grill zucchini until softened, and enjoy.

Sante Fe Steak
Spice up your night with juicy steak topped with Southwestern flavors. Green chiles are tempered by sweet grilled pineapple for a delicious and balanced meal you can enjoy on even the busiest of nights. Serve with tortillas to complete the dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound flank steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 pineapple rings
  • 2 tablespoons green chiles, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • Tortillas

Directions
Season steak strips with salt, then cook on the Oster® DuraCeramic™ Infusion Series 7-Minute Grill until done, about 5 minutes, flipping to vertical position to drain grease and fat. Then set aside. Grill the pineapple rings until soft. Then, dice the pineapple and add to a small bowl with chiles, cumin, cilantro and diced tomato, and toss to combine. Arrange steak on plate and top with chile mixture and enjoy.

Creamy Balsamic Turkey Burgers
Balsamic vinegar is a great way to add bold flavor to a dish without having to add extra salt or sugar. This turkey burger pairs the vinegar with creamy gorgonzola cheese for a delicious burger without the guilt.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • Handful spinach leaves
  • 2 whole-wheat hamburger buns

Directions
Place the ground turkey in a large bowl. Then add the onion powder, chopped onion, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and basil and combine with ground turkey until fully incorporated. Form into 4 patties, then cook each on Oster® DuraCeramic™ Infusion Series 7-Minute Grill, about 5 minutes, flipping to vertical position to drain grease and fat. In a small bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, black pepper, garlic and gorgonzola cheese, combining well so that cheese is coated in the mixture. Place cooked burger on bottom half of bun, then top with balsamic-cheese mixture and spinach leaves. Secure top half of bun and enjoy.
