4 Dip Recipes Made with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3/4 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
Add all ingredients to the Oskar™ Food Processor attachment. Twist the lid to begin processing, about 2-3 minutes. Serve with baked pita chips, tortilla chips or whole-grain bread.

2. Zesty Avocado Lime Dip
Combine south-of-the-border flavors together to make this crowd-pleasing healthy dip. Avocado contains healthy fats along with vitamins E and B, while cilantro's antioxidants properties and nutrients are beneficial to the body.

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados, peeled, cored and cut in half
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 3/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions
Add all ingredients to the Oskar™ Food Processor attachment. Twist the lid to begin processing, about 2-3 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, grilled chicken skewers or sliced veggies.

3. Refreshing Greek Cucumber Dip
Inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, this light dip is made with cucumber and herbs, giving it a refreshing flavor your kids will love, while delivering important nutrients.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions
Slice the cucumber using the Oster® Oskar™ 2-in-1 Salad Prep & Food Processor. Add the sliced cucumber and the remaining ingredients to the food processor attachment, twist the lid and process for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with pita bread wedges.

4. Flavorful Feta and Veggie Dip
A variety of vegetables add festive color to this nutritious dip.

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini, peeled
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 6 carrots
  • 6 celery stalks
  • 3/4 cup feta cheese
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions
Slice the zucchini, peppers, carrots and celery using the Oster® Oskar™ 2-in-1 Salad Prep & Food Processor. Add the feta cheese, yogurt, parley, salt and black pepper to the food processor attachment. Twist the lid and combine for 1-2 minutes.
