Refreshing Fruit Sorbets to Make at Home

Fruit sorbets are a delicious and nutritious way to refresh. You can make fruit sorbets in just minutes using the Oster® Pro™ 1200 Blender, which blends fruit and extra flavorings to the perfect consistency every time. All it takes is a few fresh ingredients to make a light fruit sorbet.

Strawberry Kiwi Sorbet
These two fruits are rich in Vitamin C and their naturally sweet, juicy tastes perfectly complement each other for a refreshing treat any time of day.

Ingredients:

  • 4 kiwis
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey

Directions
Slice the kiwis and add to the Oster® Pro™ 1200 Blender Jar along with the strawberries and honey. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth. Transfer to a dish and freeze for 1-2 hours.

Mango Mint Sorbet
The refreshing flavor of mint paired with ripened tropical mango combine for a unique and delectable sorbet.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mango cubes, frozen
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions
Add the mango, mint and lemon juice to the Oster® Pro™ 1200 Blender Jar. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth. Pour into a dish and transfer to the freezer to firm, or enjoy immediately.

Pina Colada Sorbet
This classic pineapple-coconut combo's creamy consistency and taste is enhanced with banana and a touch of honey for an oh-so-good frozen sorbet.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk

Directions
Add the pineapple chunks, banana, honey and coconut milk to the Oster® Pro™ 1200 Blender Jar. Blend on high for 3-4 minutes until smooth. Transfer to a dish and freeze for 1-2 hours or enjoy immediately. Serve with coconut flakes sprinkled on top if desired.

Chocolate Cherry Sorbet
This delicious Chocolate Cherry Sorbet is a nutritious treat that feels indulgent without the empty calories or guilt. 

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons grated 100 percent dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon raw cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 frozen bananas

Directions
Add the grated dark chocolate, raw cocoa powder, frozen cherries, almond milk and bananas to the Oster® Pro™ 1200 Blender Jar. Blend on high for 3-4 minutes until smooth. Transfer to a dish and freeze for 2 hours. Scoop into bowls, drizzle with chocolate sauce and enjoy.

Awesome Orange Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1/2 grapefruit, peeled
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions
Add all ingredients to the Oster® Pro™ 1200 Blender Jar. Blend on high for 4 minutes or until smooth. Transfer to a dish and freeze for 2 hours. Scoop into bowls, top with orange zest and serve.

Dreamy Lemon Sorbet
Serve this light and healthy sorbet as an elegant dessert with ginger shortbread cookies.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lemons, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut water
  • 3/4 cup ice

Directions
Add all ingredients to the Oster® Pro™ 1200 Blender Jar. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth. Freeze to firm further or serve immediately, garnishing with lemon zest and plate with cookies. 

Strawberry Basil Sorbet
This sophisticated sorbet perfectly combines the delicate flavors of basil and strawberries for a fresh-tasting treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions
