1. Garlic and Basil Dough
Basic dough is a dependable stand-by, but why not try something new? Infusing plain pizza dough with herbs and seasonings gives it an exciting added dimension of flavor. In this recipe, garlic and fresh basil combine to provide an extra tasty base to your favorite cheeses, sauces and toppings. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 package pizza dough 
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed with a press
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, minced 
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil 
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt

Directions
Place pizza dough in a large bowl and sprinkle with flour. Add the garlic, basil, olive oil and salt to the bowl. Incorporate the ingredients into the dough using your hands or a spatula, adding more flour if the dough is too sticky. Once fully incorporated, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle and add desired sauce, cheese and toppings. 2. Loaded Baked Potato Pizza
Switch up your usual pizza routine with this tasty recipe. Sliced potatoes layered on a white sauce and topped with cheddar cheese is just the thing for putting a unique twist on pizza night. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 package pizza dough 
  • 1 cup sour cream 
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 large baked potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin discs
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions

Directions
Roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream and ranch dressing, then spread mixture onto pizza with a spatula. Cover sauce with cheese. Next, arrange pizza slices on top, then sprinkle on crumbled bacon and chopped scallions. Ingredients:

  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup olive oil 
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 
  • 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese 
  • 1 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced 
  • 1 can artichokes, drained 
  • Sea salt 
  • Black pepper

Directions
Roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Brush olive oil onto pizza dough, followed by balsamic vinegar. Top with feta, olives and artichokes, then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. 4. Chicken Parm Pizza
Put a fresh new spin on this classic Italian comfort food dish by turning it into a pizza! With breaded chicken, tangy tomato sauce and lots of provolone cheese, you'll family will love enjoying their favorite meal in a whole new way. 

Ingredients:

  • 4 cooked chicken breasts, cut into small chunks 
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar tomato sauce 
  • 1 pound provolone cheese slices 
  • 1 can tomato chunks
  • Fresh basil leaves 

Directions
Roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. In a small bowl, toss together the breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper. Brush chicken chunks with remaining oil, then dip in breadcrumbs mixture to coat. Spread tomato sauce on dough, then layer with provolone cheese slices and top with tomato chunks and fresh basil leaves.
