1. Bacon, Cheese and Avocado Breakfast Sandwiches
Nearly everyone loves a hearty, delicious breakfast sandwich - no matter what the time of day is. Pair with fruit, yogurt and freshly squeezed juice to perfect your nighttime breakfast meal.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 slices bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon butter or oil

Directions
Cook the bacon on the Oster® DuraCeramic™ Infusion Series Electric Griddle. Set aside on paper towel to drain grease. Cook eggs until the egg whites are just solid and the yolk is still runny. Remove eggs from heat and place aside. Butter bread slices, layer with cheese and put on the griddle to toast and melt cheese. While cooking, slice avocado. Once complete, build the sandwiches and enjoy.

2. Blueberry Yogurt Pancakes
Sometimes you need to have something a little sweet for dinner. Pair these fluffy, irresistible pancakes with heart-healthy turkey bacon or sausage. If you would rather have something savory, swap out the blueberries for chives and cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup whole-milk plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cups low-fat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions
Warm up the Oster® DuraCeramic™ Infusion Series Electric Griddle over medium-high heat. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk and yogurt together with whisk. Pour in liquid mixture into dry mixture and mix until there are no lumps left. Spoon 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the griddle surface. Top pancakes with blueberries. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles begin to form on top. Turn and cook for another two to three minutes until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter and enjoy.

3. Sweet Potato Hash
This unique, healthy twist on a traditional potato hash is sure to be a hit in your kitchen. Include as many or as few vegetables as you want, depending on your family's preferences. Pair with cheesy scrambled eggs, crusty multigrain toast and fruit for a delightful breakfast-for-dinner meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 red, orange or green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Add sweet potato cubes to large saucepan of salted, boiling water. Simmer until almost tender. While cooking, warm up the Oster® DuraCeramic™ Infusion Series Electric Griddle to medium-high heat. Heat up two tablespoons of oil and then add red onions, bell peppers, green onions, carrots and garlic. Saute until tender and slightly golden, around five to six minutes, and then remove. Add two more tablespoons of oil and drained, nearly cooked sweet potatoes. Season and cook hash until golden and crispy, around two to four minutes. Mix all ingredients in serving bowl and enjoy.
