Getting your daily dose of greens is quick and easy when you blend them! Combined with fresh fruit, you get a delicious smoothie full of fiber, vitamins and nutrition. COMBINE all ingredients in order listed in Oster® Versa® Performance Blender.

SELECT programmed SMOOTHIE setting (or, BLEND on medium for 10 seconds then on high for 20 seconds).

1/2 Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced

COMBINE all ingredients in order listed in Oster® Versa® Performance Blender.

1 cup lightly packed torn kale (stems removed)

1 cup lightly packed spinach

1 small ripe banana, peeled and halved

1/2 cup orange or apple juice

Pour milk and honey into My Blend™ sport bottle. Add walnuts, cinnamon and yogurt. Fasten the blade assembly on the open end of the sport bottle. Turn the sport bottle upside down and place it in the base, lining up the arrows on the blade assembly with the arrows

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup plain soymilk

2 tablespoons honey

1/4 cup walnuts

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 1/4 cups vanilla soy yogurt


Oster

Press the sport bottle down in the base or turn the sport bottle clockwise to lock it for hands-free operation. Blend 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth. Turn the sport bottle over and place on a flat surface. Replace the blade assembly with the drinking lid.

Cut the celery, apple and pineapple into pieces that will fit into the food chute of the juice extractor. Process through the juice extractor. Pour the juice into the blender jar. Add the remaining ingredients. Attach the blade assembly to the jar.

JUICE:
2 medium celery stalks

1 medium Granny Smith apple*

11/2 cubed pineapple

Note: *Replace with 1 cup cranberries
when they are in season if desired

BLEND with:
1 medium banana

1 tbsp peanut butter

Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)

Boost if desired:
1-2 tsp Chia or Flax seeds

Remove the stainless steel filter and the filter basket from the processor. Invert the blender jar onto the power base of the processor. Turn the dial on the appliance to "I" blend the mixture until smooth.

Remove the blender jar from the blade assembly. Attach the drinking lid or serve in a glass.
