I recently charged my wine opener for the first time. Although the opener works, the red light never turns green. Is it supposed to turn green when charged? It has been plugged in about 24 hours.

Thank you for contacting Oster&reg;! We are sorry to hear that your Oster electric wine opener light does not turn green. The red light stays illuminated as long as it sits on the charger and when the base is plugged in. It should turn green when it's fully charged. We suggest to check if it's properly placed on the charger otherwise it will not charge fully. Also, try using a different wall outlet and make sure it's functional. Have a great day!
