For a possible fix, please use a different wall outlet to charge the wine opener and make sure that it is properly charged. Also, please note that there is no available replacement rechargeable battery that can be installed. The battery is considered an internal part. All internal parts can only be replaced by an authorized service center. We can provide parts to consumers that can be replaced easily and safely but not internal parts. To find the service center nearest you, go to the Support tab (located on the upper right side of our website) and click on Service Centers. Your Oster&reg; 4-in-1 Wine Kit has a 1-year limited warranty.
