Do not buy, quality is horrible immediately
Very hard to seat the food processing components in a way that locks them in. Feels loose. The processing blade wouldn't seat properly or the lid wouldn't push down and lock in correctly because the blade would lift out of place, making a horrible sound and stripping the motor shaft. Smoking and burning smell immediately . You have to press the lid down and only use the ice pulse button to use the processor at all. It's horrible.
Like other reviewers, the locking tab on the lid broke off after several uses.
My parents got an Oster blender for a wedding present in the 1960s, and it STILL works great, even on ice. How disappointing is this version of Oster ??

Terrible build quality
Terrible build quality especially the containers. Put them in the dishwasher and the food processor cup seem to have deformed. Now the lid doesn't fit with it. Absolutely a waste.

Poor material quality.
Just purchased and the locking tabs on the food processor lid broke - 1st use. It’s too early to judge overall quality, but the materials that make up the blender are very cheap.

Bad product
I purchased this product 5 days ago and the 2nd day of using it the blender cracked and the personal on the go blender cup exploded on me while I was mixing a smoothie it scared me so bad

Great Blender
I brought mine a few years ago and I like it I've had no problems with it until recently.the screw on cap at the bottom cracked and I'm trying to order a replacement part for it but the conversation with the employee keep dropping on me . I need this part to o continue using my Blender the model number is BLSTCC c238-11 and the part number is #8126450 please help me out

Need replacement part before using
I just washed my blender containers and I dropped the food processor lid and the locking tab broke off. I tried to go and find a replacement part but every number I try to use to get it won't work. Can't leave review yet as I haven't been able to use.
