Care & Maintenance
To clean blender jar, combine warm water and 1 – 2 drops of liquid dishwashing detergent in blender jar and run on lowest speed for 10 – 15 seconds. Empty jar of soapy water into sink. Rinse jar thoroughly with clean water.

Horrible Manual: No user instructions!
I bought the 3 in 1 kitchen system 1200 watts last week and I am disappointed at the lack of instructions for this machine. It seems like it has great potential but I’ve been spending hours on YouTube watching videos that other users posted just to understand how to properly use the machine and the 3 pieces (chopper, blender and to go cups). There should be adequate instructions and support to get the most of this purchase.

Instructions on how to use? It feels wobbly!
I just unboxed this, and I see no instructions anywhere. You are supposed to scan the QR code and when it opens it up on the website it’s the exact same instructions that came with it which are almost nonexistent. Has just a little bit about the blender and that’s all.

Missing parts
I bought this on Walmart website . Received it fairly quick. After opening it and trying to assemble the product, I noticed that there were no blades for the blend-n-go cup. I decided to look at the manual instructions to figure out what parts are missing , found out the instructions were not helpful at all. So I decided my last option is the QR code. That didn’t help at all as the website did not have anything about the blend and go cup.

Love the multifunctionality!
I just got this blender from Amazon and I love the fact that comes with 2 sport bottles because I use a different protein than my husband and this allow us to blend our own smoothies and take them with us to the gym or work. The jar is perfect to entertain our friends with drinks our dips! The food processor is a life saver when meal prepping!

Bad food processor
I've had no issues with the blender but the food processor absolutely will not work. I can't get it "seated" enough to spin the blades. An instruction manual would have been great as I'm having issues retaining it on my phone. I definitely won't be buying another one of these in the future.

Blender does a great job blending items, the food processor does a decent job as well. However my lid for the food processor has broken and it's impossible to find a replacement. Pretty much all other brands or the PRO model has parts all over the internet, but not this model. This would be a 4 or 5 star if replacement parts could be purchased from somewhere, but as it stands, it is a use until it is broken set.

Just what I needed.
I have been using mine for over a year and love it. I have had no issues. It is what I needed, a basic blender/food processor. Easy to put away when not in use. Not complicated to use. Mine is sturdy and has held up to daily use and cleaning.

Oster - the part requested was the BLACK sealing ring - it doesn&rsquo;t have the &ldquo;teeeth&rdquo; like the grey rings. The grey rings (part 182341‐000‐842 that you recommended) are too big for the blender bottom, they only work on the personal cups bottom. I am looking for the black sealing ring also and cannot find it anywhere.
