Care & Maintenance
All parts except for the blender base are dishwasher safe. Place sealing ring in bottom basket of dishwasher.
Use a damp, soft sponge with mild detergent to clean the outside of the blender base.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this blender... I purchased my Pro 1200 blender around 3 years ago. It has lasted quite a long time, considering make a quart of blueberry juice with it every single day. I make into a totally smooth puree. This requires about 14-16 minutes of of high speed spinning. In fact, I just ordered my first replacement blade assembly. With that kind of durability, I ordered Oster parts, rather a compatible blade set. The only thing I'd improve would be to add a timer for the manual speeds, to prevent overheating the motor. I've recommended this blender to a couple of friends that love smoothies the way I love my blueberry juice.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Purchase at your own peril I bought this blender on January, 2021 and so it is just out of warranty and it stopped working. The blender blade is no longer affixed tightly to the blender motor, thus the motor roars as usual when the blender is turned on, but it will not blend any ingredients. Also, the top of the blender is not sealed tightly. Whenever I would blend, I would have to place a napkin on top to keep the liquid from coming out of the top. I want my money back!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Liked the blender until the jar broke! My wife and I purchased this blender less than a year ago from Amazon. The other day the jar broke and you can't find a replacement ANYWHERE. I even tried searching the exact part number that they've left in response to other reviewers having the same issue and I can't find one. Now after less than a year I need to buy a whole new blender and I will be sure that it isn't an Oster, I'd suggest everyone else just stay away.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great blender, but you can't replace the cup I loved this blender. Until the glass cup shattered while hand-washing it. After only three months of use. And after I ordered a replacement cup, it came with no lid! And the original wouldn't fit. So, no more Oster for me. :-(

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy this Purchase this blender a month ago, and I accidentally broke the glass jar, there is no way to find a replacement in any of the retail partners. I'll just have to buy a new one, definitely wont be oster.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fragile Plastic design flaw (don’t buy) The plastic piece that allows the blender bottom (blades) to detach from the main glass part snapped because of how small/fragile it is, blender can no longer be used, and worst product design ever.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Plenty of power but not for the weak No doubt it will blend anything you put in it once you're used to the buttons. Careful not to push the high speed when you want it on slow. I liked the dial type better on my old one with the pulse button in the middle. But the real problem is separating the blade housing from the jar. Put it between you knees and twist the housing with plenty of upper arm strength should do it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from unhappy long time customer! i bought mine at target 3 months ago and barely opened to use and just my luck glass jar broke and my old one don't fit cant seem to find replacement either! Guess i got to buy another brand and try my luck elsewhere!
