It does still fit on the regular (standard) mouth Osters with the regular width jars, the larger and more powerful Osters use a larger jar opening. The best option is to buy an additional jar and blade assembly and use the 4 blades on the mason jar (always use at least a quart size for safety or else it can explode, I learned this the hard way!)
