Care & Maintenance
To clean, CAREFULLY release the blade from the bottom of the jar by turning the
threaded jar bottom counterclockwise. The jar lid, filler cap and blade are
dishwasher safe. Use the top rack of the dishwasher for the jar lid, filler cap, and
blade. Place sealing ring into bottom basket of dishwasher.
Use a damp, soft sponge with mild detergent to clean the outside of the blender base.

Hey there! Good question. No. Steam from hot liquids can build up inside the blender, potentially creating enough pressure to &ldquo;blow&rdquo; the lid off the top, perhaps even splashing a scalding mess in all directions.

Is the TITAN plastic jar dishwasher safe ? I know the glass one is, but I have just bought the plastic version. I cant find any info regarding the dishwasher acceptance.
