Care & Maintenance

To clean the inside of the Sport Bottle, rinse the bottle, and pour in 2 cups of water and a small amount of detergent, and press the blend button for 15-20 seconds. Then disassemble and wash all parts in warm, soapy water. Rinse well and dry.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jburn13 from Great for single servings! I was excited to try this out as a quick way to make my daily protein shake a little more exciting. It's quite simple to use. There's no on/off switch, it turns on automatically as you lock the smoothie jar into place and then turns off when you twist it off. The overall blending power seems to work well. I had a few small pieces of frozen fruit when making smoothies that didn't get fully blended in, but it seemed to do a good job with blending fruits with and without skin. I like how the jars have a lid option or just a rim you can twist on to use the blender cups like a drinking glass. Everything is dishwasher safe and has held up well so far.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Rnraray from Smoothie Maker Oster ActiFit Smoothie Maker really does the job for a quick and easy way to make my morning smoothie. It blends the ice, frozen or fresh vegetables-fruit, and any powder add ins very well. The clean up is super easy. I am so glad it comes with 2 different containers so I can run them through the dishwasher without having to worry if I am going to have a container the next day. Only cons I found are the motor smells a little burnt when using and the powder products need to be dissolved prior to putting it in the blender due to it sticking to the sides a bit. I did receive this product for free for my honest and unbiased review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by meetchman from Perfect for single-servings My wife and I have been trying to cut out processed sugars this year, so we've been on a massive smoothie kick to alleviate our cravings for sweets. We've tried a few different blenders, but we've found that the large "full size" blenders are overkill for the limited batches we make, and some of the single-serve blenders aren't powerful enough. This ActiFit has been perfect - It's powerful enough to easily blend the frozen fruits that we put into our smoothies, and the lidded cups are the perfect size, easily portable, and simple to clean. I'm looking forward to coming up with more recipes with this thing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by a096 from Works great and easy to use I love smoothies, so this product is absolutely perfect for me! I hate loud noises, so it's nice that this isn't super loud. It makes noise for sure, but it's not excessive like other kitchen appliances I've used. It's powerful and grinds things up really quickly, which is great when I'm busy in the morning and need to get out the door quickly with a smoothie for breakfast or something. The blending cup is super easy to use and turns and locks in with ease. I absolutely love how easy to wash everything is too, since the blade can come right out. The included cups don't leak and are easy to drink out of.

And in no time at all it's all blended up smooth ready to drink. I like that it comes with two containers so I don't have to even pour it into another cup to make one for my husband at the same time. The screw on drink through lid is another great feature so you can take your smoothie with you on the go. Easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to clean when you're done. The overall unit size isn't too bulky so it doesn't take up much space in the cabinet either.

I like that the cups have the lid on so I can drink the smoothies. It's very easy to clean. I love that it comes with an extra cup and lid. It's a great size, so it doesn't take up a lot of space in my kitchen. I'm loving using it to make my morning smoothie. the cup fits perfectly in my car cup holder, I loved it because I take it with me whenever I need it. I'm loving this blender.

I bought this Oster ActiFit after the sports bottle on my conventional blender cracked and could not find a replacement. I still had the pitcher for the original blender, so i bought this as a single purpose device. Worked fine for the first three weeks. Today i discovered it would no longer shut down. I now have to plug it in to run, unplug to stop. My guess? The "twist and blend" switches are cheap and get stuck or break down easily. Fortunately the 2 sports bottles that came with the ActiFit work with my old blender so it's not a total loss, just an epic design fail.

It’s a great blender to make smoothies and shakers. And there are 2 Tristan sports bottles included which is super great for taking with me when I hike and they are BPA free , dishwashing safe, and won’t stain or retain odors. Moreover the spill-proof lids really make my shakers to go easily. The blades are powerful to mix ice cubes and easy to clean with detachable assembly feature. Really like this quite powerful blender, super impressed!
