I have tried calling and e mailing the wwwirreplacement parts.com as you suggest to purchase the lid for my food processor but ...they don't even have Oster on the list to check for replacement parts. All I want is to purchase this replacement cover but again your solutions is to go to this site as Oster no longer sells replacement parts , which I find pretty irresponsible on your part plus sending consumers to a site which does not work. So far my thought is to stay away form Oster products.
