Rated 4 out of 5 by kshirk from SIMPLE TO CLEAN & OPERATE I absolutely love the simple 1-knob/3 speed design. This blender is so much less complicated to operate and clean than the previous one we'd owned. Our old blender had 14 speeds, which was overkill to us. It also had seven buttons tightly spaced together, which was impossible to clean between without using a Q-tip. And I love that it's not techie, which is getting harder to find in this age of digitalized and WIFI enabled appliances. The only thing about this blender I really would have liked to see different is the plastic pitcher, as I've experienced from owning various types over the years, the glass ones last much longer.

I have blended ice, nuts, dates, carrots, and celery with no problems at all. I have used the blender every day since I have owned it. I have made everything from smoothies, juices, yogurts, pudding, and ice cream. Also, it is so easy to clean. It rinses out well and food particles don’t get stuck in any hard-to-reach places. I highly recommend this blender.

This is great for making drinks like frozen daiquiris and other mixed drinks. I've made some great smoothies and hummus. I would only use fresh fruit in this blender. I think too much frozen fruit might overload it. Ice, some protein powder, and fresh fruit work best for a smoothie in this blender. It reminds me of the blender we had when I was a kid. This one is upgraded with a more powerful motor and a bpa-free, easy to clean container. It's also very lightweight. No frills, but gets the job done.

I like to make smoothies and this is the ideal blender to do thatand this is the ideal blender to do that with. It is easy to clean and has a quiet sound when using it. I like that it has a three-year satisfaction guaranteed warranty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lilred from Normal blender I like blenders but this one is just like all other blenders it was nothing different just black and medium sized, I love using blenders for to become healthy as well as my kids I put ice cubes in there so I can make snow cones and I put fruits and crush my vitamins in the smoothies sooo I don't have to bite them lol but I also put cake batter in there with a eggs so I don't have to mix it with my hands in a bowl saves alot of time

Rated 4 out of 5 by brendabs15 from Good Blender The Oster Classic Blender is a good blender. The smoothies that I have made with it, don't have a lot of grit or left over-unblended parts. They are overall smooth in texture, the way that they should be. My only concern with the blender is the material for the blender cup & lid seems to be made from really cheap, thin plastic which may easily break or get damaged. It does not seem durable or that it will last very long. However, I did check online, Oster replacement product parts are usually inexpensive.

All I need to do is turn the dial. I like that’s it’s not heavy in weight and it has the power! Perfect for me to make some coke drinks. It crushes the ice, so I can make my slushy drinks during this hot summer. Super easy to clean!
