Replaced ours. Motor tanked after years of use. LOVE IT! Use it for smoothies. Simple to use. Are there any suggestions to keep the blade, rubber gaskets, from getting &quot;gummed up?&quot; When there is an issue, eventually, it seems to &quot;leak&quot; through the bottom.
