My son got me this for xmas followed instructions but nothing light just blinks. i went out and bought another one and guess what. Same exact thing. Now I am the owner of two perfectly brand new unusable blenders. Is this the problem for other people? DOA

Where is the max fill line and does it normally shut off on its own as soon as you turn it on

The fill line is bellow the half way mark of the cup. By the time you fit the giant blade part on the cup you only have about 4ish oz of drink. Its very misleading advertising a 10oz cup but not mention it makes less than 5oz. Also the mixer stops after about 30 sec untill you push the button again. Unlike others mine works very well, but if Id known how little it holds I would have never purchased.

I received one as a gift. Took it out of the box charged it and absolutely will not turn on. It shows it is fully charged. Lid on correctly. Nothing but water in it. Will not turn on this is junk!

No worries, we are here to help. Kindly check the following for a possible fix: Is the jar positioned on the base correctly? Is the blade assembly tightened all the way? If your portable blender is charged, then you may have placed too much material inside of it for the motor and blades to function. Carefully remove some of it, and try again. Regarding the power issue, please check the following: a) Ensure the Blending Lid is fully charged. b) Ensure that the alignment dots, located on the Blending Lid and Cup, are fully aligned. The Notification Light will light up when properly aligned. We hope this helps!
