Simply combine your ingredients into a large bowl until you're left with a thick batter. Pour the batter on your nonstick griddle and flip as needed. Serve these tasty pumpkin treats with your favorite fall fruit.
If you're not a big fan of pancakes why not try your hand at making waffles? All you need is a great waffle maker to make this a reality. You can make pumpkin waffles in your kitchen with many of the same ingredients you used in the pancake batter. Just pour it into your waffle maker, follow the instructions and serve with syrup - another fall treat!
Smoothies are another great fall breakfast food. Perfect for people on the go, smoothies also let you incorporate pumpkin into your diet. Follow this recipe with your smoothie blender:

One of the most classic pumpkin breakfast treats are pumpkin muffins. The only ingredient that you'll need to add to the pancake recipe is a little baking powder to help your muffins rise. Consider adding cranberries or apples for an even more autumn-flavored treat.
