2. Tart Cranberry Glaze
Cranberries and turkey are a match made in holiday heaven. Give the classic pairing a new twist by making a tart cranberry glaze for your turkey, which helps seal in juices for a more delicious bird than ever before.

  • 1 tablespoon malt vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Additional cup cranberries

Blend together all ingredients until smooth. Brush over the turkey in the roaster, arranging additional fresh cranberries around the bird for even bolder cranberry taste.

3. Bacon-Maple Turkey Glaze
Who says bacon can't have a place at the Thanksgiving table? Take your holiday turkey to even greater comfort-food heights by brushing it in a sweet maple glaze and then wrapping it with hickory-smoked bacon. As an added bonus, your house will be filled with an irresistible aroma as this glazed turkey cooks - and you can be sure it tastes as good as it smells!

  • 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon finely minced rosemary
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 10-12 strips cooked bacon

Blend together all ingredients until smooth. Generously brush maple glaze on turkey. Begin roasting, adding bacon strips on top of turkey halfway through cooking to help ensure doneness.

4. Apple Cider Glaze
The slightly sweet, slightly tart and just-right spiced flavors of apple cider add festive seasonal flavor to your holiday turkey and help make the meat extra juicy.
