This air fryer is very quite. I could barely hear it running. It cooks well, but it doesn't hold very much. I could only fit 3 chicken tenders at a time in it. But it was easy to clean.

Love! Love! Love!
LOVE this air fryer! Just receive this today and had to try it out. I had a hand-me-down air fryer in the past that I would never use and got rid of because I felt like it didn’t actually cook the food well, so I was skeptical when I received this Oyster digital air fryer. First, I love that it has a place to wrap and store the cord; I also really love that it has glass to view the food as it cooks (which can be removed for cleaning purposes). I felt like this was super easy to use, it’s not heavy at all, which I think is great because I typically would store something like this in my cabinet. The cooking capacity it a decent size as well, I do wish it was slightly bigger but that is literally the only thing I would change. The noise level is also pretty low compared to the other air fryer I previously had, so that is an added bonus. As far as cooking goes, this fryer does a great job at really making the food crispy if you are cooking at one of the higher temperature options. I also think it was really easy to clean and wash the tray out. This will definitely be a stable in my kitchen for cooking, especially quick easy meals that I don’t feel like turning my entire oven on for.

Works Like a Charm; Easy to Clean
I'd never used an air fryer before but had been looking out for one. I chose this Oster model because I have a blender of the same brand and love it. Because I have sparse kitchen counter space, I didn't want a large appliance, but at the same time, I wanted to be able to cook enough food for a family of four. Tall order.
Of course, my first venture was to make french fries! They came out pretty well and I learned a thing or two that will help me out for future air fryer cooking. So far, I've also tried fried chicken legs (which turned out awful - but I did a few things wrong) and bacon, which was wonderful.
Here's what I like about this model so far:
It's a decent size both for cooking and compact for storage.
It's simple to use as well as attractive.
There are preset buttons for fries, wings, whole chicken, fish, meat, vegetables, baking, and dehydrating.
It's digital and manually setting temperature and time is easy, too.
The basket is nonstick.
Washing the basket and tray is a breeze.
A recommended "deep clean" involves assembling a quick paste of baking soda, vinegar, and lemon/lime juice, and running the fryer for a half-hour.
I'm super excited about all of the dishes I'll now be able to make with just a smidgeon of oil and this device. I avoid deep-fried foods because they're unhealthful but, like most people, enjoy the crispy taste

Hello, thank you for your inquiry. For the Oster Digital Air Fryer with Window 2208362, preheating is simple, and you don&rsquo;t need a special button for it. How to preheat it Plug in the air fryer. Press Power to turn it on. Set the temperature you want to cook at (for example, 180&deg;C&ndash;200&deg;C / 350&deg;F&ndash;400&deg;F depending on your recipe). Let it run empty for about 3&ndash;5 minutes. Once it reaches the temperature, place your food inside and start the timer for cooking. The model doesn&rsquo;t require a dedicated &ldquo;preheat&rdquo; function; you just run it empty briefly at cooking temperature. The window and interior light let you see when it&rsquo;s heating and ready. If your recipe already includes cooking time, you can simply add those extra 3&ndash;5 minutes at the start or preheat separately as above. These rubber pieces aren&rsquo;t sold separately, so replacement parts for the tray aren&rsquo;t available. Here are a few tips that may help in the meantime: 1. Make sure the tray is completely dry before placing the rubbers back on, as moisture can cause slipping. 2. Press each corner firmly into place to ensure the rubber is fully seated. 3.
