Thanks for contacting Oster®! We appreciate your support with our products. Yes, you can wrap or cover food in foil and use in the toaster oven. Just make sure that the foil cannot touch the sides or the heating elements since it can lead to overheating and is a fire hazard. Hope this helps!

Thank you for contacting Oster® Brand. We understand that you would like to know more about how to use the toaster oven. No worries, we're here to help. Not all functions should use both elements. When using "Bake", upper heaters wattage drop half; lower heaters fully powered. For "Broil", upper heater's fully powered; lower heaters wattage off. For "Toast", both upper and lower heaters are fully powered. And for "Warm", upper heaters wattage drop half; lower heaters off. Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching Oster® Brand. You should hear a slight sound of fan blowing from the convection oven. Kindly follow the steps below to resolve your issue with the oven: - Unplug and replug the oven back after 3 minutes - Wait for a little while. The convection oven fan will not start up right away and will only start whirling once the oven has reached the desired temperature. Have a great day!
