Care & Maintenance

Always turn your unit off, Unplug and let it cool before cleaning. Do not submerge unit in water. To clean exterior wipe with a damp cloth. Use only mild soapy water. Clean the rack, trays and accessories with a small amount of dishwashing liquid and a non-abrasive sponge or cleaning pad. Empty crumb tray frequently to avoid accumulation of crumbs.

Have done air fry Chicken thighs and fries, turned out perfect. Finished off a steak in it, delicious. Made beer battered shrimp, crispy outside and yet still perfect inside. Baked brownies without burning. Fits a full 9 x11 baking pan. A whole large frozen pizza, perfectly crisp. Veggies baked good. Only thing I wish it had is a power off button, so I don't have to wait for it to cool down and move to constantly unplug, my outlet is not easily accessible and cord seems very short.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JoelA from Safety is important The oven is normally has knob to prevent to be too close to the wall but it is located the middle of the pan but most counterpart in kitchen has 5cm clearance between the wall and the countertops this case not helping to prevent the cord not getting contact with the back of the oven which is very hot enough to melt the cord, Please do not get the oven close to the wall My case the plug and the oven back were glued because of heat and we were lucky to got it early before the plastic meltdown and the wire are exposed It will be very horrible accident due to electric shock

I was impressed with how it cooked an apple crumble to perfection. The air fryer did a fine job with a chicken breast, leaving it moist and perfectly cooked. (9 minutes at 350 and then I turned over and cooked 9 minutes at 375) The reason I am giving the product a single star is because the drip pan was impossible to clean after using it to catch drippings from the chicken breast. Before buying, I researched how easy the oven would be to clean. I also read the manual, and paid specific attention to how to clean. There was no way to clean up after this one-time simple use using soap and water. I ended up following online instructions to make a baking soda paste, that worked somewhat.

Rated 2 out of 5 by psjto from WRITTEN MANUAL IS A CHALLENGE For those of you looking for a manual for this oven, you are likely just as well off without it. It is written by someone with English as a second (or third) language, and is not intuative. Example: you have to press start button twice to by-pass preheat and go straight to cooking. My trials with French fries were dismal failures. I have not tried any functions other than regular toast and air fry. It is very attractive, and I like the French doors. It is very stylish. Included pans are difficult/nearly impossible to come completly clean. A HUGE improvement would be to have the instruction manual rewritten by someone whose first language is ENGLISH. I wanted to love this oven, but it is just not worth the investment.

To Use the Bake, Air Fry, Broil, Roast, Pizza, or Warm Functions
1. Select desired oven rack position. 
2. Arrange food on the Wire Rack, Air Fry Rack, Baking Pan, or in the Cookie Sheet.
NOTE: When air frying foods with high amounts of fat or grease, it is recommended to place the Wire Rack, with Baking Pan on top, in the bottom rack position to catch drippings during the cooking cycle.
3. Select the desired cooking function. (Air Fry)
4. Use the temperature arrow keys to select desired temperature and the time arrow keys to select desired time.
5. Select the Start button. When cooking is completed, open door fully and remove food carefully.

WARNING: Cooked food can be very hot. Handle with care. Do not leave countertop oven unattended.
