Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really nice Cooks a large pizza from Papa Murphys. Only problem I have is the door, really have to be careful or it will slam down on the counter. Other than that a great toaster oven

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of my best purchases ever It's the only oven I use now. I can cook entire meals for my family. It's spacious without taking up too much space. And it is much more versatile than my full size oven

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best convection oven!!! I’ve had this for years. It’s the best appliance I’ve ever owned. I use it nearly everyday. It doesn’t heat up my kitchen. It works so well. It’s used as my main oven.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from clock inaccurate I bought this yesterday and havn't used it yet. But after setting the clock, within an hour the time was over ten minutes fast. I wonder if the timer will be accurate.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from What is the maximum pan size I can use? I just bought the Oster French Door Digital Convection Oven and find that a 15 x10 inch baking pan fits snuggly inside it. But, should I use a pan this large?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nearly perfect after 7 years semi-daily use Purchased TSSTTVDGXL on February 2, 2019. I never review products below 1 year of use if they last that long. Stellar performance for a moderately used oven for the ownership period. Temperature control in convection mode shows 25 deg F below a mechanical oven thermometer used after full heat however I suspect the mechanical thermometer. Only complaint so far after 7 years of ownership is the glaring failure to design in an oven lamp. So far, none of the front door glass or control board failures described in other posts are present here. Mine is installed on a wire rack shelf where the door is never in contact with the counter surface when opened. My regular operating temperature is at the 450 deg F setting for 90 min under convection mode. I have no trouble finding 9x13 or 15 inch wide heavy gauge cooking trays even today, look at the Martha Stewart Everyday brand. Avoid cheaply made, overpriced trays from certain online sellers that offer vaguely similar baking tray products that will loudly pop and warp as they approach cooking temperature., and you'll be fine. At my locales 0.012 per KWH I can bake a whole chicken for 0.19.

Darker breads, muffins, and English muffins require a darker setting.

You may have to adjust the time and temperature to desired taste. Because your countertop oven is smaller than your regular oven, it will heat up faster and generally cook in shorter periods of time. You may need to adjust your rack position to accommodate food type.

Regarding your concern about the heating elements, for Countertop oven’s function guidelines, top heating elements should be turned on.
