Care & Maintenance
Always turn your unit off, Unplug and let it cool before cleaning. Do not submerge unit in water. To clean exterior wipe with a damp cloth. Use only mild soapy water. Clean the rack, trays and accessories with a small amount of dishwashing liquid and a non-abrasive sponge or cleaning pad. Empty crumb tray frequently to avoid accumulation of crumbs.

Where has this been all my life?!
This has to be the best convection oven out there! When I first opened up the packaging I didn't realize how large it truly is it takes up a chunk of my counter space but I use it almost every day. The digital interface simple to use even for the not so savvy instruction readers such as me. when I started cooking I noticed how evenly the heat disperses without having one side more cooked than the other. if you were to put your hand inside the oven it can go all the way until past your elbows it's so deep as a matter of fact I put my turkey and side dish in the oven and everything fit quite comfortably. I am so in love with this of you it's my new best friend I highly recommend this for the holidays and any day that you feel like cooking. even though I received this product to review it did not hinder or cloud my judgement in writing this review. this was an honest opinion on the Oster convection oven so stop wasting time waiting on your oven to heat up and buy this already!

Great addition to my counter and life style.
I have not owned a stove for 15 years and depended on toaster ovens. This Oster is PERFECT. I cook everything I need to perfection. Setting the controls is a snap....easy to understand and my first convection oven by the way. It is also great to look at. I hope I have this oven a good long time.

Pretty nice, but with some caveats.
I have had this for about 2 years and here is my take. It works well for heating leftover and cooking frozen pizzas. The glass door get extremely hot and I have dozens of burns on my arm because the top heating element is too close to the front. Despite having two racks you cannot cook two pizzas at once. The glass door is inefficient so anything roasted must be turned or it will burn on the back and be raw in the front. Nether element heats up anymore and the troubleshooting ideas in the manual are useless.

Great price
The Oster Toaster/Convection Bake Oven works great. All the foods I have cooked came out great. I would give this item 5 stars except for 2 things. It doesn't have a light and it gets really hot on the outside. So, I give it 4.5 stars. I received this product as a sample to review.

Affordable
Have had it for 1 year but it burns my food every time I use it, put oven thermometer in it and it shows that the temperature is more higher than what the displays says. Would like to know if there is a way to calibrate the temperature since the owners manual does not mention it.

Oh no!
I'm sad my oven stopped working, but I've had this oven for around 2 1/2 years and the oven was used literally 2 to 3 times per day from the first day we bought it. That's a lot of use and we love this oven, it served us well and we will purchase another Oster counter top oven.

I have had this about 2 months, and I can't say enough good things about this oven! No more unevenly burnt toast, easy and quick pizza, and so much more! No more unnecessary heating up the kitchen with the oven, and energy efficient! SO glad I bought this!!! Highly recommend!

Great for every day use
I only use my big oven for holiday cooking. I love love love this counter top large capacity toaster oven. I use it everyday. Please do not stop making it. It will make a whole family size pizza in it. I have cooked a whole turkey in it. Did I mention how much I love it.

Tedious and faulty on very first use, brand new
This is the most tedious and ridiculously set up oven we've ever had. The buttons don't work and you have to keep depressing them, the top coils doesn't heat up even on broil, there's numerous loud beeps that you cannot adjust, the toast function is really tedious have to unplug to get it to shut off, bake function only heats bottom coil....on and on. Really disappointed with this. It was a Christmas gift from my husband and we opened it up today excited to use it and nothing works, it's just terrible.

Perfect!
Got rid of my stove and bought this. Best decision I have ever made. Doesn't heat up the house (I live in a very small house) and perfect for a house of 1. Had a stove when I was married, but don't need it now and it doesn't take up a lot of space.

I cook Pizza one day work fine. few weeks later cook pizza again and it stop working while cooking pizza. Just like a blender I buy from your company stop working JUNK built it China were the Pride of what built. Should last 4 months or longer

A Great Time Saver!
The Oster Convection Toaster Oven works great and is easy to use. The toaster looks great in my kitchen and is very convenient for extra oven space when hosting large parties. The oven heats up fast and the extra large capacity is great for cooking pizza and snack foods. I've used my toaster oven for several weeks now and love it! I did receive this product as a sample to test and review, but it is well worth the purchase!

Convenient and durable
I have had an Oster oven for several years and it is still as good as new. I use it every day instead of my large oven, which heats up my whole kitchen in the summer. I find the Oster tabletop oven to be much more convenient.

Glass door exploded
I had my confection toaster over 6 to 7 months ago. It was a gift. I was heating up 2 burritos when the door exploded. Sending hot glass all over my kitchen me and my tiny Chihuahua. I would not advise buying this product.

control panel is user UN-friendly
I bought this about a month ago and have been very disappointed with the control panel. You don't just press the buttons, you have to PRESS THE BUTTONS beyond the strength of your fingers. That makes it necessary to HOLD ON TO THE HOT OVEN while you PRESS THE BUTTONS, and guess what? IT'S HOT ENOUGH TO BURN YOU! I got one of the worst burns I've ever gotten by having to press the buttons -- which you have to do constantly to use the thing. Don't buy this thing. You will HATE it!

Completely useless
Looks great, nice size, great features but, completely useless due to the fact that the thermostat is useless.
Consistently 50 degrees hotter than the setting.
This renders all cooking instructions unusable.
Oster’s answer? The oven has a range of +/- 50 degrees on each setting.
In what world is that acceptable? Certainly not in mine.
I’ll chalk it up to experience and get a Breville.

Best one i found for the price.
Love it! Largest inside diameter you’ll find, I measured a lot of them. I thought my first one broke, it was an outlet issue, so I bought a second one. Found out the first one still worked. I had my first one for at least 5 years and as I gave it to my aunt I know it’s still going strong. I use mine both past and present min 3 times a day every day. I have never used the oven on my stove.i can’t say enough about this convection oven. Best part is it did not cost me a fortune!

NO cooking instructions.
I bought this countertop Oven in order to cook my dinners. There is NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to use the settings, I tried to print them on line and didn't get them either,. I speak English and when I got something they changed to another language. Just because I am a senior doesn't mean I can't cook. Just need GOOD DIRECTIONs. I would use it more often if I had good directions

A bit disappointed
I have used and enjoyed Oster products for many years and was excited to use my XL digital Countertop Oven. I haven't had button problems as others had but what is so disappointing is 350 degrees is as hot as it gets. I placed an oven thermometer inside and although I set the oven temp at 425 degrees it never got hotter than 350. And I use recipes that absolutely need a hotter oven. I didn't realize it until it was too late to return it to Target. Not a happy camper!

Great features but doesn't work!!!!
Love the size, features and initial perceived quality but will not heat to temp settings. Bought 2.5 months ago but has never reached set temps. Set for 400 deg. but never exceeds 247-250 deg. Checking with infrared laser and analog oven thermometer confirms will not reach set temps. w/wo convection setting. To eliminate poss. voltage drop at outlet, tried on other outlets, no change. Won't even toast bread. Instead of cooking food, it simply dries them out. Why???

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out. The nonstick surface of the interior of the oven is coated with an easy-clean surface that makes clean up simple. A damp or soapy washcloth is all that is necessary to remove dirt. Many people confuse this with the &ldquo;Self-Cleaning&rdquo; interior of their full-size oven. No Toaster Oven has a self-cleaning interior. The outside of the unit is also easy to keep clean because the paint has a very smooth surface. The non-stick coating is made up of galvanized or aluminized steel. Hope this helps!

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out. The nonstick surface of the interior of the oven is coated with an easy-clean surface that makes clean up simple. A damp or soapy washcloth is all that is necessary to remove dirt. Many people confuse this with the &ldquo;Self-Cleaning&rdquo; interior of their full-size oven. No Toaster Oven has a self-cleaning interior. The outside of the unit is also easy to keep clean because the paint has a very smooth surface. The non-stick coating is made up of galvanized or aluminized steel. I hope this information helps.

I brought this up to the company and without hesitation they offered to replace it. It was still under warranty so it made it easy to deal with. Great question! To set the toaster oven to Celsius: While the unit is plugged in, press and hold the temperature up button for three seconds. &quot;dE-C&quot; should show on the display. Press the Start button, and the unit will be set to Celsius.
