Hand Wash
Always turn your unit off, Unplug and let it cool before cleaning. Do not submerge unit in water. To clean exterior wipe with a damp cloth. Use only mild soapy water. Clean the rack, trays and accessories with a small amount of dishwashing liquid and a non-abrasive sponge or cleaning pad. Empty crumb tray frequently to avoid accumulation of crumbs.

After reading the manual, I can see that the baking pan will only fit on the guide rails if I place it in the oven diagonally. It is too narrow by 2 inches. I am glad I never broke down the box.

I only use it maybe 10 times a month if that. It is ashame that this product is out of service already. I WILL NOT be buying another that is for sure. Money wasted.

I wish I had kept my old one I am thoroughly disgusted by this new French door Oster toaster oven and should have looked at the reviews before I purchased it. The amount of heat that escapes through the French doors is enormous! It cooks uneven and the knobs are functionally obsolescent. If I have the opportunity to return us after having it for about 30 days I would jump on it and then buy any other brand but Oster!

The oven did not come with a wire rack ! just a flimsy piece of metal and a so called cookie sheet!!!!! first time I used it my dinner fell to the bottom of the oven!!!! What a mess! NOT VERY PLEASED AT ALL NOTHING IN THE PICTURES WERE IN THE ONE I purchased!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sharon M from Much less then I expected. When Oster charges this much for a nice fryer, etc., they can't afford to put an instruction manual in the product. You have to go to Home Depot (which is out of it) to get a manual. Improve your product and include at bare minimum a manual, and how nice it would be to have even a small cook book instead of having to buy one (how cheap). That is why I gave one star. This product can do what other brands can and only give lovely glass French doors.

Today, when she was using it, one of the glass doors exploded and there were shards of glass all over her kitchen. Thank goodness she was in a different room at the time. She could have been seriously hurt. Definitely not acceptable that this can happen with this product. Would never purchase this oven again.

I have only had this oven a year and the crumb tray looks so bad it has discolored and stains and won't clean up. I want to get a new crumb tray but oster keeps sending me to these appliance report parts companies and they say replacements are not available. This crumb tray should be made non stick and easy to clean. Makes the oven stink when used don't know what I will do. Nothing wrong with the oven just the crumb tray. I might have to consider a different brand. This is the second oster I bought first one was a digital model and it quite after a year so hope the Manuel models lasts longer. These are expensive to just throw away.

Rated 1 out of 5 by George329 from Doors broke cause of cheap plastic Bought this for my wife for Christmas a few years ago (3 Christmas', so 2022?). We use it regularly, not everyday, but several times a week. Then, for an unknown reason, the French doors wouldn't open properly. You would have to open them independently, when they're designed to open together. So, since it's already out of warranty, I decided to open it up. I found out though, that the mechanism that opens the doors is a plastic part, that melted, and burned a little. I imagine, if given the right scenario, this part could easily catch fire and spread easily in a kitchen setting. Called Oster, no answer. Of course they don't work the weekend... Cause people don't eat on Saturdays. So I contacted Facebook and did my research. Can't find the part on their website provided replacement parts partners. Can't find the part online anywhere! Why wasn't this made out of Aluminum?

It worked great for about 2 months and then the timer stopped working and it wouldn't allow the heating element to heat up or the unit to "turn on". I tried contacting Oster for parts multiple times, WITHIN THE WARRANTY but conveniently my inquiry couldn't be submitted because the date code, model, etc.. couldn't be located. I am super disappointed with this product and, with so many alternatives I dont think I will be buying Oster again.

I have tried lowering the temperature and the time but if I'm not paying attention to it the item burns. I know that the temperature is right because I have used a thermometer in it. I had an older model the this oven and used it for about 10 years before it wore out. I got this one to replaced it but I'm very disappointed in it.

I love how it has the air fryer setting, I was wanting to buy an air fryer for a while now. This oven also replaced my smaller version I had. I was surprised how big this thing was, needed to get used to it but love how I can fit a whole 12 inch pizza in it. Works well, very easy to use and I love how fast it heats up, definitely need to watch your food in the beginning to prevent burning but love it, has been the most used kitchen item lately in our home:)

Just found out he didnt get any of the racks to use it right and I cant find the racks anywhere to replace them so $160 wasted. I am so mad. Store wont take back or sell me racks from floor model. Looked at ereplacement and other web sites oster has on their site wher to get but none of them have the racks.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Done with it from Temperature is unreliable Over the last 3 years I tried 3 of these ovens and all 3 had the same problem....the temperature is not accurate by 50 degrees or more. The last oven was a replacement sent by the company with the promise that the thermostat was fixed...NOT. I am disappointed because you can't find another oven of this size, but wish they would get the thermostat problem fixed.

I normally don't do reviews, mostly because I just don't think about it, but I realized that I don't have the manual anymore and needed it (thank you for having it for download), and it sparked me to leave a review. This toaster oven has on more than one occassion made it possible for me to not have to use my big oven on super hot days. The size is amazing and can fit a large size pizza in it and bakes it perfection. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

She used PAM on the tray at the very beginning, and it burnt on. I have been trying to get it clean for 3 months. I'm getting my grinder out next, or sulfuric acid. I know that will destroy the tray, but at least it will look nice. It'll make a good boat anchor. Let me reiterate, She is an excellent cook. It uses 1700 watts of electricity for twice as long as a microwave. My electric company charges double rates during the dinner cooking hours. We don't use it for both reasons. Fish come out mushy. Steaks are dry. Pork chops are dry also. No flavor whatsoever. Tator tots and french-fries came out good, but I'm a meat person. I can't live on potatoes,

I have been disappointed in its performance, especially the preheat function and the ease of using the control panel. Even more disappointing was the fact that it came with only one rack to cook dishes on. I contacted Oster to get another rack and was told "We know that you only need a replacement pan however the parts is obsolete that is why we can't sent (sic) a replacement pan" (quoted from Oster's response). I find it incredible that I cannot get a replacement part for an item that was sold less than 2 months ago. Oster said that I could send the whole oven back for a refund, but the box had accidentally ended up in recycling. I have bought Oster products for decades, but this will be the last one I buy.

My food cooked through and to my desired done-ness without needing to restart the oven multiple times. I love the air frying capabilities and my food is always crisp, yet tender and juicy. The reason I’m giving it 4-stars is because it pops loudly on one side during the cooking process. I’m not sure why it does this but it’s a little startling. It would also be great if this Oster® Manuel French Door Air Fry Oven had a built in light.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ken3 from Best Air Fryer, Period! I have owned 3 air fryers now, and this sweet piece of cooking equipment takes the cake! (no pun intended) There is ample room in this fryer to cook both sides and a main course, if you choose to do so. It's also a breeze to clean thanks to the French doors, as apposed to the usual drop down doors that are clearly inferior in quality. I recommend this air fryer to anyone that has owned air fryers in the past and was unsatisfied, or absolutely anyone that has yet to use one. They're worth every penny!

Impossible to put anything of size while trying to hold both doors open. Also the crumb collector started burning look after first use ❗

It is a nice looking appliance. I was able to roast a small chicken and vegetables in less than an hour. I love that it has a crumb tray and it is very easy to wipe clean the sides. The only negative is you can only wash it with soap and water so you probably will have to clean the inside frequently. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this product!

Worked great for several years then started having issues with the timer. It would just stop and the oven would remain on. Did not trust it any more so I bought another brand. BIG MISTAKE. I miss my Oster Now looking to purchase another. Problem is most stores only carry the smaller cap. units so I had to buy all new trays etc to fit it. Temps are not regulated on the smaller units either.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Elisep5 from Small but mighty! This countertop oven with air fry does it all! You can toast, bake, broil, air fry & it also has Turbo Convect and Keep Warm options. The 3 knobs make it user-friendly & simple to operate. You can put it on air fry & then select your temperature on the second knob. To use the timer, you have to dial it past the 20 & then put it to your desired time, easy peasy. This has a air fry rack, metal rack, baking sheet & I love that it has a crumb tray at the very bottom for easy clean-up. We have roasted veggies, baked burgers & chicken, cooked pizza & air fried food in here & it has all come out delicious! I also like that the French doors open up past 90 degrees so it makes taking the trays in/out a breeze. I would recommend this multi function appliance because you truly get more bang for your buck!

Prepped dressing for Thanksgiving and the rack slipped out and dropped on one side. Fortunately the dressing wasn’t to the top or it would have been a mess. I “fixed” it somewhat by wrapping aluminum foil around the left side of the rack. Not the safest solution. Everything that is the least bit heavy falls. I need some sort of solution. A replacement rack or something. This is the main and only rack too

Certainly, Silicone Baking Mats are indeed safe for oven use. However, it's imperative to ensure that the mat is thoroughly clean and devoid of any debris prior to placing it in the oven. Additionally, please note that a silicone baking mat may not provide a level surface if positioned directly on an oven rack due to its flexible nature. It's important to consider this limitation when using the mat in your baking endeavors.
We also recommend that you follow these steps to ensure your air fryer remains clean:
Step 1. Turn all knobs to &ldquo;OFF&rdquo; position and remove plug from electrical 
outlet. Allow to cool.
Step 2. Wipe unit down with damp cloth. &quot;DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER&quot;. 
Make sure to only use mild, soapy water. Abrasive cleaners, scrubbing 
brushes and chemical cleaners will damage the coating on this unit.
Step 3. Remove crumb tray by pulling out of Countertop Oven.

To Use the Air Fry Function 
Step 1. Place food evenly on the Air Fry Rack. For foods with high amounts of fat or grease, it is recommended to place the baking pan below the Air Fry Rack or Wire Rack during the cooking cycle.
Step 2. Carefully slide the Air Fry Tray into the middle rack position and close the countertop oven door.
Step 3. Turn the Function dial to Air Fry.
Step 4. Turn the Temperature dial to the desired temperature.
Step 5. Turn the Timer to desired cooking time.

NOTE: If cook time is less than 20 minutes, you must turn Timer past the 20 minute mark to engage the timer then back to desired time.

Step 6. When the Air Fry cycle is complete, open door completely and remove food.

To Use the Bake Function
Step 1. Place baking pan with food inside on wire rack
Step 2. Close glass doors completely.
Step 3. Turn the Function dial to Bake.
Step 4. Turn the Temperature dial to desired setting

NOTE: If cook

WARNING: Cooked food and metal rack can be very hot, handled with care. Do not leave the Countertop Oven unattended.
