Hand Wash
Always turn your unit off, Unplug and let it cool before cleaning. Do not submerge unit in water. To clean exterior wipe with a damp cloth. Use only mild soapy water. Clean the rack, trays and accessories with a small amount of dishwashing liquid and a non-abrasive sponge or cleaning pad. Empty crumb tray frequently to avoid accumulation of crumbs.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Regipaints from Fingers crossed I got this as a Christmas gift. I noticed the gap in between the French doors which I thought was odd. The outside of the oven gets extremely hot, which indicates to me a lack of proper insulation. The first few things we baked burned before the time was up, so I’ve had to adjust temperatures and times to make sure things don’t burn. The knobs are smooth so they are hard to turn if you have wet hands or have a bit of oil while prepping food. Also the little notch on the dial is very difficult to see. I really like having this so I don’t have to use my oven as much, and it’s big enough for cooking several things at once. I’m really hoping this doesn’t develop more issues over time as some of the other reviewers stated. I’m definitely going to register this so I can take advantage of the warranty if needed.

When we moved into our new house and finally had the chance to use it, it worked once and then shorted. We tried multiple outlets, but it never worked. I went online and asked for replacement parts, that were never sent. I called the company, and they said, if it's over one year old, we can't help you, this is not our problem. What a waste. I know our friends paid a lot of money for it too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MStryder from It's a SMALL matter. So far, so GOOD. Evidently a few years ago their was a problem with the doors but it looks like that was taken care of. The ONLY problem I have had is a LITTLE one that should never gotten by Oster. The Air Fryer rack is not wide enough. When you add weight, even one pound, it falls. How did you miss that? I will not send it back over this as I just switched racks. I will look for a better rack. Hopefully that will be it because other than that I love it.

After using it for 3 weeks now, I've been very happy with it. There was a bit of a learning curve, but it cooks very fast and is very convenient. The air fryer works fast and you can air fry a lot of food very quickly. This oven is huge and cooks fast and was very reasonably priced. Just an all around great convection oven. Love the doors.

I was making Scallop Potatoes, the oven was set on bake at 350, they had 6 mins let to bake and I noticed the top was starting to burn. The next day I turned it on bake at 450 with an thermometer in it. after 20 mins I checked the thermometer and it read 550. I turned the oven down to 350 and again after 20 mins it read 450. If there a calibration I can do to bring the temperature down to where it supposed to be?

It cooks bigger quantities than the basket type. It cooks French fries (fresh cut ) in 15 minutes and they get crispy all over but stay soft on the inside. I use parchment paper for everything to prevent oil and crumbs from dripping down. I covered the crumb catcher with foil so it will always be clean.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JessicaColorado from Tons of potential, but honestly just dangerous We purchased this model about 6 months ago now and wanted to give it a fair shake before reviewing, because we LOVE Oster products, have products passed down from the 80s that still work and have never had complaints about any of our Osters, but after 6 months we're still not fans of this product. First issue, which I should have noticed before buying - no pre-heat function, no alert to let you know when it is up to temp, and no light. Both of those I could get around. The french doors also let heat escape from the front which leads to inconsistent temp overall thus inconsistent cooking and super hot handles. This product is impossible to open, even just to check the color of the food (because, remember, no light) without a glove. The next 2 issues are safety-related and the reason I would absolutely not recommend this product. The french doors cannot be opened with one hand and must be opened completely on both sides or they will slam shut on you. Hard to do and super dangerous to attempt when the unit is on. Additionally, the exterior of the unit gets very hot, like burned my hand to the point of blistering when I accidentally grazed the side of the unit near the back. This happened after 30 days so I was unable to return to Walmart (where I purchased) or I absolutely would have and would never have looked back. Since that incident, I haven't used the device and don't intend to use it again.

The second oven does not let you set the time because it will rewind back to 0 in a second. You go past the 20 min mark like it says in the instructions but it does the same.

I put a roast beef in there after cooking an hr i added veggies. Roast beef was so tough you can't eat it. I will recook it tomorrow in a pot and make stew. There aren't but a couple recipes in the paperwork that came with it so I'm thrown into what the hell have i been given? A covection oven is supposed to be the best, I'm not impressed

Have had the oven for 6 months (throwing it after i finish this input) Given that this is a later model, however there are various issues below: Issues: - Does not hold temperature set. Always about 50 F below at least. - F to C was not an option to change, despite the screen offering it.... - Doors are way too snappy, i.e. snapping back too quickly. Have multiple times taken out a pot and the doors have hit the pot resulting in spillage or worse. - The buttons are not at all responsive, needing to press many times for one function to even work. - I am sure there is more that I can't remember now from the last 6 months of owning this piece of junk. Unfortunately, I live in a country where regular European convection ovens are not that popular. This was the next best option for my cooking as I cook A LOT! This is also what makes me want to write this as I never, never leave reviews but felt this is an absolute horrendous product and no one should consider buying this as it is a waste of time, effort, money and love. I hope and sincerely trust that this at least gives someone the true insight into this brand. I have fully lost confidence in this brand. Whoever came up with this design is an absolute imbecile. This product doesnt even deserve one star but had to choose it to leave this review. I feel absolutely and incredibly angry with this oven right now.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Great Oven, but Poor Engineering Great Oven and Love that you can put a 16" pizza in it. I have 6 concerns that were overlooked. 1. The dials could have had a red line filled on them so people can see the line better when setting it to the desired position. It currently blends in and the most used temperatures have me getting on my knees to see where I am setting the hard to see line indent. 2. The racks are great, but disturbs me the grooves were the racks go were not strategically placed to allow 2 half size tin foil pans to be put in the oven. The oven is plenty big enough to handle the two common sizes 12.75 in Wide X 10.375 in Deep X 2.562 in deep commonly found at Sams or Costco. The only way to get two of these pans in the oven to keep stuff warm or preheat is to put a lid on the bottom pan and place the second pan on top of the bottom pan. 3. The 60 minute timer is good with auto shut off, but there should also be a hold feature if I want to slow cook something at 250 degrees for 3 hours. I can set an alarm on my phone or kitchen timer, but now every hour I have to go reset the timer. 4. Should include one perfectly sized bottom oven sheet protector for keeping easy cleaning of the bottom tray. 5. Lastly, we do a lot of roasted vegetables and having a air fry deep basket that is say 3 inches deep would help keep carrots, potatoes, brussle sprouts, etc from falling off. 6. The manual is terrible. Can't read the images or details. I downloaded and printed the online version and just as bad.

I'm in the living room and I can feel the room warming up. I'm usually pretty frugal, I splurged on this and hate the thought of just throwing it out. Is there a fix for the doors. I've had pork chops in it for 20 minutes and they haven't started to cook but my apartment is burning up.

I am looking everywhere for instructions on how to open the bottom side to attempt to fix it. Youtube videos have not been helpful. I like how large it is but for the doors to be having issues like this unacceptable. It is not like we are using it everyday. Maybe 2-3x a week tops. Can someone get to me from the manufacturer. We bought it at Costco.

2. Pour the baking soda in the bowl.
3. Slowly add water to the baking soda to make a paste. It should be about the consistency of shaving cream.
4. Spread the paste on the inside of the oven window.
5. Let this sit for around 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Moisten a clean microfiber cloth and wipe the paste away.
7. If any stuck-on gunk remains, use the razor blade to gently scrape it away. Make certain to use the flat edge and not the corner so that you don&rsquo;t scratch your glass.
8. Repeat steps 1 through 7 as needed.
9. Use a dry microfiber cloth to buff out any streaks in the glass.

Make sure that your oven has cooled down completely. It can be best to leave it overnight before you start any repairs. You should also disconnect it from its power source to avoid any possible electric shocks. Then, gently screw it into the oven&rsquo;s socket. Make sure you are wearing cotton gloves or using a tissue when handling the bulb. Stop turning the bulb when you feel it is firmly seated. Be careful not to over-tighten the lightbulb. - Casseroles when covered, won't lose much moisture.
- Toasting slices of bread or buns.

Please note that cooking times vary with the type of food being cooked and you need to adjust time and temperature according to preference.
