Care & Maintenance

Hand Wash
Always turn your unit off, Unplug and let it cool before cleaning. Do not submerge unit in water. To clean exterior wipe with a damp cloth. Use only mild soapy water. Clean the rack, trays and accessories with a small amount of dishwashing liquid and a non-abrasive sponge or cleaning pad. Empty crumb tray frequently to avoid accumulation of crumbs.

Plugged this in and the power wont stay on. So aggravated as I paid quite a bit for it to only use it 3 times...Any suggestions on what it could be? The clock still displays but it won't do anything else. I would've gave 5 stars before this morning as it worked perfectly before

Mymanual French door counter top oven worked well for a little while but the thermostat seems to have failed and this oven doesn't seem to have any kind of shut down for thermal fun away. The oven got so hot my inflated thermometer read 300° on the top. Keep in mind my oven was set to bake and 200°. Very well could have but t my house down if I wouldn't have smelt the smoke and shut it down myself.

Dangerously hot! I could feel the heat from a distance of 4 feet. Anyone (especially children!) could get burned bad if they touch the glass doors, or ANYWHERE on the oven. And it took a long time for it to cool down. I had shopped and reviewed countertop ovens, and decided on the Oster. Bad decision. I purchased this at Walmart, but can’t return it there. I’d like to have a full refund, but not sure that will be possible. I am honestly afraid to use this oven. As hot as it gets, it is a danger to my grandchildren (if they even touch the outside of it!), plus, I’m afraid it is a fire hazard. Is there any reasonable solution to getting my money back? I have the original box to return the oven. Please….help me here!

Fabulous job on the turkey!!!! I will never go without one of these again. Have cooked fries, fish, chicken, meatloaf and roasted vegetables in it. Sprinkled seasoning on frozen chicken cooked on turbo for 45 minutes and it came out beautiful and cooked all the way through.

In 2019 we were without a functioning kitchen for 4 months and I can tell you this was a lifesaver, between this and my Slow Cooker we had cooked meals every day. When this unit no longer works I will definitely replace it with a new one. No regrets here. Well worth the money. The best is it holds a 9x13 pan easilydo.

This product looks great on a counter and it is the most important appliance we have in our kitchen. We literally use it more than the microwave or our oven. It can do everything in record time. It is ridiculously easy to learn and use. This is a fantastic product from a trusted brand.

I read the others reviews and maybe we just got lucky but thrilled with the size and reliability in cooking any of our cuisines from pizza to steak from custards to pies. The broiler pan that came with the French door counter oven finish is chipping off. How can I buy a new broiler pan? Thank you!

When we first got it the Turbo feature seemed to take longer to cook something than Bake so we switched to bake. Then Bake started taking longer to bake so we upped the temperature. After 5 mos. I set bake at 500 and the inside only got to 350. Hope Customer service will help when I call tomorrow. This oven has great potential.

Rated 3 out of 5 by EngrsRUs from Don't trust that dial! We bought our Oster Air Fry Oven about 6 weeks ago. Mostly we like it. However, there are a couple of negatives. First, I've not been able to get up to the maximum temperature. It's labeled as 230°C maximum (450°F). I've had trouble getting up to 400°F. Second, the labeling on the temperature dial is all wrong. Our unit is labeled in °C. The numbers shown are in increments of 30° up to 210°. So, you would expect to find 5 equally spaced dots between the numbers (each dot representing 5°C). But no, there are 4 dots, i.e. a spacing of 6°C for each dot. How many housewives are going to understand that? And then there's the upper end of the dial, which goes from 210° to 230°. Again, 4 equally spaced dots, which equate to 4°C for each dot. The bottom line here is that you'd best get an oven thermometer and rely on it because the dial has only a passing relationship to the actual temperature.

I don't use my stove/oven hardly at all. My husband and I enjoy exspermenting with different vegetables & pizza, all kinds of different foods. Love it so much. People you really need to get one of these multi function ovens. Bonus is we are eating a lot healther.

I have had other airfriers and they always had a good recipe book as to temperatures and time . Even to bake in it ,you really have to be careful so things don't burn. I have never been so disappointed in an appliance.

We can cook a meal for all or do individual cooking. I like that its only on for the time its actually in use. Sometimes I think I miss that a cookie sheet won't fit. But then I remember, I haven't made cookies in a few years.

In my opinion, this is a fire hazard when getting too close to the backsplash in the kitchen. The doors do not seal, the top and sides are way too hot. Beware children and pets. I will not recommend this product to anyone.

Every since the past summer it will not let me bake anything, when you turn it to bake it broils so everything burns. Maybe the temperature guide has blown out. Frozen foods cook pretty quickly and I love that it makes everything nice and crunchy. It works great for reheating also. The best part is that clean up is easy and it's a great size to either keep on your counter or to store it in a cabinet.

Most dishes get done sooner than package directions and clean up is a breeze. The secret of clean up is to clean when the oven is still warm and no fingerprints either. You can also use parchment paper in it up 425 degrees.

Everything that I have tried to make in this oven burns on the top and bottom and doesn't cook in the middle. I have tried casseroles, muffins and cakes. I tried turning down the temperature, and that didn't work either. I've always liked the brand, but this isn't worth the money.

I used it, it cooled down then I tried to use it again about 10 minutes later and nothing. It completely stopped working. No power light, no fan running just nothing. To have the availability of open the doors is better when I have to clean. Downside. It seems like the Broil function is missing. I had cook Cookies. Brownie. Lasagna and Pizzas so far. I love that I can put it two 16" pizzas at one time.

Now I can’t use it because the doors won’t stay opened. So I burn myself every time I use the oven because they’re hot and close as I remove or check my food. I’ve been trying to file a claim and have been unsuccessful.

The doors of this toaster oven as supposed to have a gap in the middle. The gap between the door allows airflow between the inner and outer door panels. The flow of air prevents the outer door panel from becoming too hot.
