Hand Wash
Always turn your unit off, Unplug and let it cool before cleaning. Do not submerge unit in water. To clean exterior wipe with a damp cloth. Use only mild soapy water. Clean the rack, trays and accessories with a small amount of dishwashing liquid and a non-abrasive sponge or cleaning pad. Empty crumb tray frequently to avoid accumulation of crumbs.

This oven is totally screwed up. Keypad unresponsive most of the time. Functions do not work. Temperature varies as much as 50 degrees. Tried to preheat to 400 for a pizza. Could not. Onlt got to about 350. Only way to change settings is by unplugging unit and starting over. What a nightmare. Worthless appliance.

Liked the product but Disappointed now
I bought this Air fryer in August and now all of a sudden it will not heat. the knobs turn and the power indicator light still comes on but will not heat at all. I use it daily since my big oven went out and was so happy with the cooking results I opted to use it instead of getting a new large oven since the stove still works and this is the perfect size to cook meals for my family of three. But now I have to say reading other reviews and having my own experience it seems to be a thing with the french door air fryer that the heating elements don't heat properly. I have messaged customer service and will see what the response will be. Hopefully they can replace it so i can continue with this as my primary cooking method. I love everything else about it from the larger inside space for bigger pans to the french doors that open together and stay open while inserting or removing dishes from the oven. Doesn't take up much space and has really become a staple in my kitchen

Great oven
This is the first air fry oven that I have owned and I am so excited. Love fried foods and use far less oil to get the crisp. In addition to air frying this oven can bake, toast, grill and broil. Fast heat up and cool down. This is an everyday must have. Looking forward to having an extra oven during the holidays.

NEED to FIND BRAND that CARRIES REPLACEMENT PARTS
Bought the appliance about 3years ago and works marvelous but the replacement parts are not available at the site they recommend. Call Oster CSR directly and was told unfortunaly they don't have replacement! So need to find another BRAND that carriers replacement parts for their products that last more 3 years!

Great Air Fry Oven
I am extremely pleased with my Oster air fry oven. It preheats fast and the food cooks evenly. I love the French doors, they both open with the ease of one hand. I like the large capacity, 3 rack position and the bonus accessories. It is absolutely amazing the best brand that I have ever had very pleased.

Stop working not even a year old
We bought the French door toaster oven because of the size and look. It looks pretty but stop heating and it hasn’t even been a year. Looked up on the site that their 800 number tells you to go to and NO replacement heating element available. So aggravating...we spent about $140 for this and it’s trash.

Great cooking
I replaced my smaller one with this one because I loved the size and the French doors! It’s easier for clean up. I’ve tried all the features and so far so good. The front doors do get somewhat hot but I read that’s for air circulation. My husband loves cooking steak in this which turns out great!

Manual
I received the Oster French Door Air Fry Oven as a gift for Christmas. I haven't used it yet and would like to. I didn't get an owner's manual and although I have been online looking for one, each one that I have seen, does not give me the instructions for the Air Fry component. Where can I find one?

Poor Quality
I have had this Oster French Door Air Fryer for 2 years and all of a sudden the light stopped coming on and the overnight doea not heat up. The timer is the only thing that works. 2 years isn't even a long time! I don't use it everyday, either. Since I didn't buy the extra warranty, I lose out!

Oster french door oven
Its exactly one year old ...and has stopped working properly. A simple pizza takes an hour. Cakes, muffins , breads ...nope . I now have a glorified counter top warmer. Turbo doesnt assist any. I'm pretty sad I purchased this. Too bad there is no zero stars.
Save her money, buy better quality.

Oven seems to work
We received this as a gift for Christmas 2021 the main rack and air fryer rack are okay. The broiler tray is supposed to have a finish where it cleans easily, well guess again it is not easily cleaned and the crumb tray is very flimsy.
Is there a possibility of getting better quality trays?

Wonderful air fryer
This is a beautiful made product. The quality of the materials that are put together to build this air fryer is excellent. Very well made. The only thing I had a problem with, is that it is huge. It takes up the whole counter space. Other than that I would definitely recommend this product.

Disappointed in the features
I received this as a Christmas gift and I'm disappointed.first the cord is way to short. Less then 3 foot. Second the door handles get way to hot when using it. Oven space is perfect but my cheaper one was better. Door handles did not over heat and the cord was longer to reach my outlet.

Great product with great value. .
I have had this product for three years and never had a problem with it. It cooks my food, according to the settings, perfectly. I love it, It is roomy loop and easy to clean. It heats up quickly and has lots of interior space. The heated air cooks the food evenly. I am happy with it.

poor quality or design
I only had this oven 14 months and the French doors would not stay open. It was difficult to get hot food out of the oven without getting burned. At 2.5 years old the plug started to melt. I've had to switch to a new oven and brand. What happened Oster? I used to like your products.

Cooks a lot of types of food
Love this oven. It air fryer, bakes, toasts and broils. Does everything that an oven does without all the heat, so good for when it's out and doesn't heat up house. Has French doors, that each open to the side. It cooks evenly and faster than oven. Does great with frozen pizza.

Great oven, nice size.
Like the practical uses of it and cooks/bakes well.
The only thing that is a pain in the butt are the temp and timer control buttons, especially for daily use.
They are difficult to use because you have to push so hard. Doesn't work with a soft touch.
A dial would be much easier.

Doesn't heat to full level.
This is an attractive oven, and it is a good size. I like a lot of it's features but it does not heat up past 350 degrees. Neither the top element of the bottom element heat up to over 350, so you can cook most things with it but it won't get hot enough for specialty situations.

Quick &(kind of) easy
I have never had an air fryer before. This one did not come with a cookbook so it seems to be a trial and error situation. I do look up recipes and hope for the best. The oven has a lot of features and I’m sure once I get used to it, will love how quickly I can prepare full meals.

We bought this back in August, and I use it everyday, for at least one mean,, to cook for 6 people. Well we didn't have a stove for Thanksgiving. I decided to try to cook the turkey in there. We ate the most delicious 14lb turkey! You saved the day when the oven wasn't working!

Just bought the Oster french door air fryer oven.i was so excited to use this.we cooked our corned beef brisket in it.let me tell you it was the most tender brisket I ever had.clean up was easy and it took only half the time to cook.canr wait to save money on my electric bill lol

Bought 3 months ago, and very disappointed. Set oven to 450 deg, and it warms to 425 and then shuts off for the next 40 minutes until it reaches about 325, then warms up to 350, nothing hotter. This unit never cooks the way it should. Won't buy an Oster anything ever again.

Was given this countertop air fry oven for Christmas. We absolutely love it. Can honestly say we use it almost daily and the French doors are wonderful. Would definitely recommend this oven to everyone. Wish I knew where to order a few more racks for it. Will keep looking!!

How to turn on the heat
The way to turn it on to heat is to set the temperature the cooking setting and then turn on the timer. I had looked to see how to turn on but it never said how for this model. That is the only thing I don't like. So hopefully this will help you out should you not know.

Missing Racks
I was so excited about this oven as I redoing a kitchen. Finally got it set up, and realized that the cooking racks are missing. To try and get replacements is not easy. I'm very disappointed. Hoping the replacements are correct. PS: with shipping-double the cost.

Bought this for the wife, she wanted it. Working great so far. But the box only had to crumb tray and the flat cookie sheet. No racks at all. Ok, but now I can't find a replacement for them and I don't want to take it back because Walmart doesn't have any more of them.

Sleek and great product
I love this new air fryer
It has the French doors and that makes it look sleek on the countertop. Keep in mind that it is not a small appliance and it will require space. But it cooks like a champ. I prepared our dinner in one cooking session. I love this appliance.

Terrible
I bought this over about a month ago. I’m very dissatisfied. It is very hard to see the dials for temp control, time and function knob. There is no back light or oven light. And it’s a guessing game on the correct temp. I definitely won’t be keeping this oven.

I bought this last weekend and opened the box no manual. I dont even know if u need to do something to turn it on or what.... I set the temperature for preheat and its still cold inside... Im not happy at all... I paid $139.00 for this.. It was a birthday gift.....

Hey there! Good question. You can make a paste of 3 parts baking soda and 1-part water and apply it to any stubborn stains or burned drips of oily sauces on the bottom of the oven's interior. You can spray the areas with a mix of 1-part each of water and vinegar to further accelerate the grease-removal process.
