I was staying in a hotel & due to COVID-19 safety they are serving a bagged breakfast but waffle's are not available☹️ So I saw this maker & bought it. So glad that I did. The higher quality the batter the yummier they are. I've enjoyed them no matter batter was used. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I don't understand the green light. I know it's suppose to mean it's done cooking but that's not the case. The green light goes on before they're done & proceeds to go on & off intervals. So I guess when it is done & have gotten good at judging it.

I took it out of the box to realize that there was a broken piece of plastic that came out with the waffle maker when I lifted it out of the plasti. Bag. Pretty disappointed as the associate at the store forgot to give me the receipt

I don’t spend a lot of time on social media but I have told several of my friends that this is a must have. Very simple to use and the directions were spot on. We are so glad we purchased this waffle maker.

I’m so disappointed because it worked perfectly at first even with low carb batters. I’ve followed all of the specifications and ensured it was stored and cleaned correctly so it was not from misuse.

Neither of the lights (red or green) lit up. We plugged it into several different, working outlets and it would not heat up. It is past the return period for Target where it was purchased.

The best part the company knows their customers have this issue yet nothing has been addressed when it comes to fixing the waffle maker. Very very disappointed.
