The Oster&reg; 4-Slice Touchscreen Toaster should be illuminated (please refer to the photo on our website). Once the Toast Lever returns to the up position, the indicator lights will turn off. Please note that if the toaster cycle is not started or a selection is not made within 30 seconds, the unit will return to an idle state. Also, two minutes after the last cooking cycle, the unit will return to its idle state. We hope this helps. Have a good day!

Really,...where can you purchase this four slot touchscreen toaster? &nbsp;Not online at Amazon, Target, WalMart or Bed, Bath &amp; Beyond. &nbsp;I checked all of the websites and those stores did not have it. &nbsp;When you have a product to sell then send me an ad. &nbsp;
