Rated 3 out of 5 by merpy from Mixed feelings I received this product from Influenster in exchange for an honest review. I have mixed feeling about this toaster. On the one hand I like how it cooks my waffles more than the toaster oven I have because it makes the chocolate chips gooey. On the other hand, I don’t love that the toaster is made of plastic on the outside. It feels like if the toaster got knocked off the counter that the plastic would break off very easily. I also don’t like that it is potentially heating up plastic as breathing that in wouldn’t be good for your body. The toaster functions really well I just wish it was made with a different material.

With 7 shade settings (browning control), you can customize to your favorite “toastiness” and its wide slots fit even the thickest breads or bagels! The high lift levers raises up high enough for the easiest removal without getting stuck or burning fingers and the crumb tray is able to be removed for easy cleaning. My favorite feature of this toaster, though, is the reheat option that is a 30-second toasting cycle to reheat your toasted foods without making them soggy, like they can get being reheated in the microwave. Great brand and great quality product for sure!

Maybe this is because I have never owned a toaster, let alone used one in over 15 years… Anyway, this little guy does what you want it to do, turn baked slices of things into toast. 4 is my ideal setting to have that classic toastiness, my husband thinks 5 is better. I like that it has a bagel setting, have not used it yet, but in due time I shall. It also features a nice little end button for when you feel like you may start burning your bread. All around I have absolutely no complaints about this toaster. It toasts well.

Because I did not register the produce I did not have the right information. I took pictures with all the info they requested - serial number and codes and pictures. They replaced it with a 2 slide toaster. I contacted Customer service again and they said it was a nice gesture on their part. Well If I wanted a 2 slide toaster I would have bought it. I will not replace my broken toaster with another Easter toaster
