To clean the motor, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth or sponge. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Do not use with hot foods.

Rated 5 out of 5 by mg777 from Perfection I love this product as it is extremely easy to use and high quality. It is self-explanatory and the instructions are written out very well, too. It's generous in size and we use it the most for chopping vegetables. It's easy for both my grandmother who has arthritis to use as well as the kids to use by simply pressing a button once I place the item is in the chopper to stay clear of the blade. With the easy assemble they are all able to help make dinner. It also saves on the dishes being used because I can set the bowl on the table or put leftovers away with the included lid. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a chopper.

I used this Oster 3 Cup Mini Chopper on Solid Albacore Tuna, Whole Boiled Eggs, Relish, Salt, Pepper, Mayonnaise and Mustard, it mixed them into a spread that I was able to slather onto the Bread slices and eat without worry, as there wasn't a single chunk at all. This would be a great item for those with swallowing conditions like me, the elderly and babies to process down their small scale food items. I don't like the fact however that I have to hold down the top and power/speed buttons the whole time using.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Shayne from Love the glass bowl! I used this to make some salsa and I’m fairly impressed with it. I like the overall size and ease of use. It chops well and can purée easily as well. The clean up was really easy and the seal on the lid that’s between the motor and bowel did a great job of keeping everything in the bowel and off the counter. The bowel is glass which I really like, however it is heavy and I dropped it between the weight and it was slippery. That said, I prefer glass over plastic any day. I purposely overfilled this to see it it had issues and it worked like a champ. I like it and it’ll be handy to have around.

The only complaint I have is where the machine meets the blade piece in the middle, its all plastic so it has stripped out. We used this ALOT, so I understand what happened and why, however now we cant use it at all because I cant find just the blade for a replacement part. Maybe someone can help me with that in response to this review. I absolutely love the machine except for that wear and tear issue. Honestly works so well I would be willing to buy another whole assembly machine and all just so I have it. Though that's not practical if I can just get the 1 piece.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Annie M from Very handy! I recently had the chance to try out the Oster 3-cup Mini Chopper with Glass Bowl. It doesn't take up much space, and the 3-cup capacity is almost always enough to take care of my recipe needs. What I like best about this model, however, is the glass bowl, something not seen very often in the smaller sized choppers, which are usually all plastic and tend to stain or hold odors. With the glass bowl, there is virtually no staining or odor retention, so you could chop up some veggies one day, and some chocolate for a dessert the next, and not have to worry about anything turning out funky. It's been a great addition to my kitchen.

I really like that it comes with a glass bowl which makes cleanup easy ,and storing leftovers . There's also a locking lid for the bowl . The product does have some weight to it . The only thing I don't like is the motor part doesn't lock onto the bowl . I have to hold it in place when using or picking the entire thing up . Other than that it does everything it needs to do .

I feel like this product is great for anyone but especially for someone who doesn’t have a lot of room in their kitchen, it’s very compact. I really like that it comes with the glass bowl with the lid. That really makes it easy for putting stuff in the fridge to cool and coming back to use it later. This mini chopper has a lot of power and I feel it is a great addition to any kitchen!

I like that the motorhead does not fit snugly to the bowl allowing it to float in the opening of the cover, so that you can press down further activating the chopping blade. It is super powerful, so using the lower speed first and short presses will help to get desired results. Also, I love the glass bowl with storage lid.
