Ingredients:
4 medium russet potatoes
½ cup cheddar cheese
4 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 green onion, sliced
Salt
Black pepper
Instructions:
Cut potatoes in half and scoop out most of the center.
Fill potatoes with bacon, cheese, salt, and pepper.
Place potatoes into your Oster® air fryer. Cook at 350°F for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. let it air fry for 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove potatoes from your air fryer and top with green onions.
