Air Fried Potato Skins

Ingredients

  • 4 medium size russet potatoes, raw
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • 4 pieces of bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1 green onion, sliced

 

Instructions

  1. Cut raw potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out most of the core out.
  2. Place potato halves in the air frying basket of your Oster® Digital RapidCrispTM Air Fry Oven and fill them evenly with bacon and cheese.
  3. Select the Air Fry Function at 350°F on your Oster® Digital RapidCrispTM Air Fry Oven and let it air fry for 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  4. When finished remove and add green onions on top.
