Air Fried Potato Skins

Try this healthier twist on the classic potato skin recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • 4 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

 

Instructions:

  1. Cut potatoes in half and scoop out most of the center.
  2. Fill potatoes with bacon, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place potatoes into your Oster® air fryer. Cook at 350°F for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. let it air fry for 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  4. Remove potatoes from your air fryer and top with green onions. 
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
