Air Fried Cauliflower

A HEALTHY TAILGATING RECIPE FOR FOOTBALL SEASON.

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  2. Prepare a batter with all the batter spices for cauliflower. Mix well.
  3. Pour the batter over the cauliflower florets and coat well.
  4. Place the florets on the air fryer basket.
  5. Spray avocado oil all over the cauliflower.
  6. Cook on the Air Fry function at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
  7. Transfer cauliflower to a large bowl.
  8. Add buffalo sauce to the cauliflower and gently toss.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro. Serve with ranch dressing.
