Chicken Cordon Blue

  • 2 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 slices deli Swiss cheese
  • 2 slices deli ham
  • 2 toothpicks
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 serving cooking spray



  1. Tenderize chicken.
  2. Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper. Spread Dijon mustard on top. Top each with one slice of cheese and one slice of ham. Roll each breast up and secure them with a toothpick.
  3. Dip chicken first in flour, followed by egg, and finally roll in the breadcrumbs. Place the chicken in the basket of your Oster® Digital RapidCrispTM Air Fry Oven and spray them with cooking oil spray. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat your Oster® Digital RapidCrispTM Air Fry Oven to 350°F for 5 minutes.
  5. Place basket with chicken on top of the unit tray and select the Bake Function at 350 on your Oster® Digital RapidCrispTM Air Fry Oven and let it bake for 30 minutes. You may spray any chalky spots with cooking oil spray again as you see fit. Let the chicken bake until it is no longer pink in the center.
