Ingredients:
½ cucumber, cut into small pieces
2 small Golden Delicious apples, sliced
¼ fresh ginger, sliced
2 cups Swiss chard leaves
½ cup cilantro, lightly packed
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 cup cold water
1 cup ice
Instructions:
Place cucumber, apples, ginger, Swiss chard leaves, cilantro, lime juice, water, and ice into your Oster® blender.
Blend on HIGH speed for 20 seconds or until fully blended.
Pour mixture through a fine-mesh strainer lined with several layers of cheesecloth. Let stand until completely drained. Pick up edges of cheesecloth and gently squeeze to remove remaining juice.
