Homemade Almond Butter

  • 3 cups raw almonds
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread almonds across large, rimmed baking sheet. Toast almonds for 10 minutes, stirring halfway. Let almonds cool until they are warm, for about 10 minutes.
  2. Place toasted almonds into your Oster® Blender. Blend on HIGH speed until mixture is smooth and creamy, periodically stopping and scraping the sides of the blender.
  3. Once almond butter is smooth, add salt, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and syrup or honey into your blender. Blend on HIGH speed until fully blended.
  4. Let the almond butter cool to room temperature and serve with your favorite breads, bagels, and more!
