Macadamia, Garlic, and Herbs Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, soaked in water for 2 hours
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Garnish:

  • Radishes, finely sliced
  •  Small carrots
  • Endives
  • Celery sticks

Instructions:

  1. Place macadamia nuts, lemon juice, water, shallots, garlic, chives, dill, and parsley into your Oster® blender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Blend on LOW until mixture is smooth.
  3. Serve with radishes, carrots, endives, and celery and enjoy!
