Macadamia, Garlic, and Herbs Dip
Dip your favorite veggies in this delicious spread for the perfect party snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, soaked in water for 2 hours
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon shallot, finely diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
Garnish:
- Radishes, finely sliced
- Small carrots
- Endives
- Celery sticks
Instructions:
- Place macadamia nuts, lemon juice, water, shallots, garlic, chives, dill, and parsley into your Oster® blender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Blend on LOW until mixture is smooth.
- Serve with radishes, carrots, endives, and celery and enjoy!
