Mashed Potatoes

Serve up a side of love with these light, fluffy, and memorable mashed potatoes.

  • 2 pounds Russet potatoes
  • 1 ½ cups cauliflower florets, cooked
  • ¼ cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Wash and peel potatoes. Boil water on a stovetop and cook potatoes until soft. Remove from pot and drain.
  2. Place cauliflower florets into your Oster® blender. Blend on HIGH until smooth.
  3. Mash potatoes and add puréed cauliflower, milk, olive oil, chicken broth, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mash and stir ingredients until fully combined and creamy.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
