Sweet Coconut Granola Bars

Full of fiber and important nutrients, these eat-on-the-go granola bars taste just like coconut candy.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (no sugar added)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
  1. Place oats, chia seeds, coconut, honey, coconut oil, chocolate chips, and cranberries into your Oster food processor.
  2. Blend on HIGH for 30 seconds or until mixture is fully combined.
  3. Form into 2-inch bars and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  4. Take them on the go and enjoy!
