Ingredients:
1 large zucchini
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried sage
1 tablespoon lemon juice
sea salt
Instructions:
Slice zucchini into ¼-inch thick slices and place them into your Oster air fryer. Brush zucchini slices with olive oil. Sprinkle with parsley, thyme, sage, and lemon juice.
Bake at 425°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until chips become lightly browned.
