A healthier alternative to potato chips, these light and crispy zucchini chips taste great too!

Ingredients:
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • sea salt
Instructions:
  1. Slice zucchini into ¼-inch thick slices and place them into your Oster air fryer. Brush zucchini slices with olive oil. Sprinkle with parsley, thyme, sage, and lemon juice.
  2. Bake at 425°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until chips become lightly browned.
  3. Top with a dash of sea salt and enjoy!
