Our products have limited warranties. The date you purchased the item may be used to help determine the terms of your product’s warranty. If you received your product as a gift, please provide the date the gift was received.

The date code is used to identify the date that a Oster item was manufactured. Knowing this upfront helps us provide you more specific information. The Date Code field is engraved on the outside of the metal prongs you plug into the wall to give the unit power. The metal prongs are located at the end of the power cord. This code should begin with one letter, followed by three numbers

    The Supplier Code field is engraved on the outside of the metal prongs you plug into the wall to give the unit power. The metal prongs are located at the end of the power cord. This code will be between 2-4 letters.
