Broiler does not work right
Just bought this yesturday and trying to broil 2 steaks...neither of the elements are getting red...it says the top one will cycle on and off red but never went red thru whole process...it just basically baked the steaks. Not so happy right off the bat!!

Just junk
Bought one oven 2 days ago and one of the doors was not attached to the frame. Took it back to the store and bought another one. The second oven does not let you set the time because it will rewind back to 0 in a second. You go past the 20 min mark like it says in the instructions but it does the same.

Just right for easy, clean cook
I got this for my birthday in November. I have used it instead of my oven at least 4X a week. I’ve made chicken strips, roasted brussel sprouts, baked cookies and cornbread muffins to name a few.
My only suggestion is that it would be nice to have a cookbook that includes convection cooking.

TOP ELEMENT DOES NOT GET RED, NOT SURE IF THIS IS WORKING PROPERLY, IT COOKS BUT DOES NOT GET RED. BOTTOM ELEMNENT GETS RED. TRIED CALLING COMPANY, CANNOT GET THROUGH. SENT E-MAIL A WEEK AGO, HAVE NOT HEARD FROM COMPANY.

Oven running hot
I received this oven for Christmas. I was making Scallop Potatoes, the oven was set on bake at 350, they had 6 mins let to bake and I noticed the top was starting to burn. The next day I turned it on bake at 450 with an thermometer in it. after 20 mins I checked the thermometer and it read 550. I turned the oven down to 350 and again after 20 mins it read 450. If there a calibration I can do to bring the temperature down to where it supposed to be?

Dangerous Product
We purchased this product for my mom approximately three years ago. She actually loved the oven and used it quite frequently. Today, when she was using it, one of the glass doors exploded and there were shards of glass all over her kitchen. Thank goodness she was in a different room at the time. She could have been seriously hurt. Definitely not acceptable that this can happen with this product. Would never purchase this oven again.

Hey there! Good question. You can make a paste of 3 parts baking soda and 1-part water and apply it to any stubborn stains or burned drips of oily sauces on the bottom of the oven's interior. You can spray the areas with a mix of 1-part each of water and vinegar to further accelerate the grease-removal process.
