Rated 1 out of 5 by Gustiegal62 from Uneven, undependable I've had this skillet for about three months, and am very disappointed. It's very hot where the element is, and anything in the right-hand third of the pan burns and sticks. It's virtually impossible to cook bacon, as it's so hot on part of it. Turn the temp control down a bit, and it appears to go off, and the bacon strips sit there in warm grease getting all rubbery. I've had electric skillets since I got married in 1964, and never had one so unsatisfactory. I retrieved my old one that hadn't been recycled and this one is on its way out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by anourse from DuraCeramic Skillet The skillet allowed me to cook my lunches quickly without adding any extra oil during cooking. This reduced grease splatter on the lid and when I was stirring the meat I was cooking with veggies. This made me able to be on my diet to keep my triglycerides low. The clean up was quick. The food did not stick. I was able cook eggs with cheese with no sticking and again no added oil needed. I have recommended my employer to buy this for our office since we are only allow to have a microwave and skillet to cook our lunches.a I received this product as a sample to review..

Rated 4 out of 5 by Happycook from Easy to use I love this product. I am always looking for new faster ways to make a meal in one pot and this is perfect for that. The lid that it comes with naked it easy to see if I need more water or if my food is done. The range and the tallies of the heating temperature are perfect or wide variety of food from sir fry to Mexican. It is very easy to clean my favorite part. Even if you leave it over night it won't stick. It's also easy to slide into a cabinet and put up while it's not in use. Another thing is that it heats up evenly and very quickly! My pans take forever to heat up on the stove.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Dominique from after 2 months use This was a gift from my mother. After using it occasionally for 2 months, this ring formed. I noticed it getting worse though I clean it and follow the instructions. It's a completely useless product now. All food sticks to the ring, even if you cook in olive oil, etc. The food sticks like nothing I've seen before. I am so disappointed in this product & I will not purchase any Oyster products in the future.

Rated 2 out of 5 by lu c from temperature control and receptacle got this pan in aug this year 2016 only use it to cook sunday morning breakfast noticed that it seemed to get hotter then the temp that it was set on then this morning (11-20-16) got the bacon cooked then started on the hash browns it was getting to hot so turned it down some and the pan went cold tried several times and different plugs just to make sure that it was getting power ended up using my regular fry pan anyway when i went to clean it up i detached the temperature control and noticed that one of the prongs from the pan was still in the plug in the nut was still attached the area where it should have been showed electrical burning around the area the pan is now useless i feel that this was the cause of it getting hotter then what the temp on the control knob was set on since i bought it

Rated 4 out of 5 by Justy from Easy to use and clean I found the Oster duraceramic electric skillet to be very easy to use and also very easy to clean. I was very pleased with the accurate temperature of the skillet. I was able to find some great recipes to use with the skillet including healthy alternatives to traditional frying or sautéing. The skillet worked wonderfully with coconut oil. I only had 1 issue with this product and that was the assembly requirement. I just feel that it makes the product seem of lesser quality than what it actually is. I did receive this item free in order to test it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Hank 46832 from NOT WORTH IT used this like 4 times. uneven heating, burns food, heat stained already, threw out box so can't return or I would. This is a cheap copy of the latest ceramic craze. Do yourself a favor and buy the original for a few dollars more. Wish I would have.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BeeT from Great! I really enjoy this product and I am so glad that I added it to my kitchen arsenal. It was so easy to work with and made cooking some thing much easier having the extra pan. I LOVE the no stick finish on it, it works amazingly and nothing stuck. Even things that always stick to my regular pans didn't stick. I also really like the handles. They make it easy to transport without burning yourself and the are very sturdy. I really feel like all components are very good quality! *disclaimer: I received this product as a sample to review
